Extremely rude service. Almost shockingly rude. In her defense, she was by herself, which she told us repeatedly as we waited patiently before leaving without fulfilling the reservation we had. We reserved 2 sets of furniture pads and had a confirmation. She said she can’t sell us what she doesn’t have, regardless of a reservation. This service was a reminder of why I prefer to work with automated processes… AI agents and kiosks don’t have rude attitudes.

2024 Update: Once again I don’t have access to my paid unit, this time, same day as paying, hours after payment however there is an overlock on my unit and I have 4 storage bins to unload. LOST a multi year loyal customer because i didn't inform them to take my lock off AFTER my unit rent was paid on 6th. Tried to access unit on 20th and no one was in office during office hours to assist with immediate solution to remove lock. I had gate access but no access to my things that I paid for.

I would stay away from here at all cost. The uhauls are incredibly expensive to rent and the storage units are about to require you to have renters insurance in order to get a unit. The representatives are very fake.

Wanda was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment she showed me around, it was clear she genuinely cared about finding the right unit for my family rather than just closing a sale. She even had alternative options ready in case my first choice wasn't available in time, which I really appreciated. Fortunately everything worked out, and having someone actually in your corner throughout the process made a big difference. I enjoyed her company and would definitely rent here again.

Went to this location to get a storage unit and rent a vehicle and I have to say the Ms. Wanda was an absolute 10 out of 10 in customer service department.
