I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They were a no-show on our scheduled moving date for an out-of-state move, and no one contacted us until late that afternoon even though the projected start time was 8 AM. The following day, a crew finally arrived but quoted us a price significantly higher than the original estimate. At that point, we felt we had no choice but to accept. From there, the situation only got worse.

After speaking with several moving companies, I chose Zipline based on a great initial consultation. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of the experience. I never heard from my initial contact again, and the rest of the process felt completely chaotic with a revolving door of employees. The truck was several hours late for both pickup and delivery. To make matters worse, I was hit with an unexpected $1,500 fee at pickup because they claimed my item sizes were underestimated.

Worst moving experience I’ve had. Unprofessional movers who damaged our yard, left trash and then charged us almost $1,000 more than the original quote. The compensation received was $300. Very disappointing.

I hired Zip Moving very last minute when we needed to get our daughter and roommate's stuff into storage because their next apartment wasn't ready. Max helped me through doing an inventory and understanding fees, etc. I called him numerous times and he was always kind, professional and helpful. The day of the move, David and Victor were prompt and worked very quickly. They were so careful with everything and were able to pack it into the 10x10 storage unit. They were also very kind, professional and helpful.

The end of June I moved from Maryland to Florida. After interviewing several different moving companies, I selected Zip as my movers. It was a great choice. Because I was moving a 4-bedroom household I began speaking with them a month or more before about the upcoming move. They offered all kinds of support, including putting me in touch with organizers and other who could help my facilitate the move. I decided to pack most of my goods myself to keep costs down, and they were incredibly helpful.
