If I could give them no stars I would. I was quoted one price and charged over $300 more! And they moved not one piece of furniture more than I’d originally told them about when I got the quote! When I told the mover who asked for payment at the end, about the difference he said that the person who gave me the quote “wouldn’t know what it would cost”. Then what’s the point in quoting a price to begin with?
"Stigma Guy," describes it. We considered a local move. When informed of the Senior high-rise, and it was the minimum cost, he responded with "Oh, a basket case." Six months earlier, a Senior high-rise across state, and the cost was over 3K, he responded with "Oh, sure." Basket case is as Basket case does. Was a move, not a Carnevale Cruise, Stigma Guy.

Zoom Movers are the epitome of what a top notch moving business should be. Mike and his team were courteous, careful, and treated our furniture like theirs. From the time they arrived to the time they finished, their professionalism was head and shoulders above other movers we have experienced. Highly recommended.
My first time using this company and I couldn’t be happier. The owner was responsive and was able to get me scheduled for the next day! That’s almost unheard of anymore. The crew showed up early and was ready to rock. I needed a fridge …
I needed a mover rather quickly and they were able to accommodate me. They were very efficient, helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely call on them again and will recommend to friends and family.

Mike and his team are always awesome and professional! Extremely kind people who take great care in making the stresses of moving day a bit easier. Boxes and furniture are always packed with care.
