I don't know if this is the distribution center that my girlfriend's life is currently stored at, and will remove this if it isn't. We actually don't know if the container is in this state. Or still back in Missouri. It could be in Florida as far as 1-800-PACK-RAT knows. Her belongings were supposed to be delivered on June 19th. It's currently June 25th and the people she's able to get on the phone HAVE NO IDEA WHERE ALL OF HER BELONGINGS ARE.
Extremely bad service — If you are looking for a storage container service do not use this one. Very unprofessional, inaccurate information when the storage would be dropped off. Wait time to speak to a rep was over an hour and when …

Terrible experience. The transport was fine but when they came to pick up the pod, there was plenty of room, yet the driver decided to drag it across our brand new driveway and tear it up. Then we file a claim, months go by and when I sent a follow up email, they said they missed our original claim. Now they deny fault and refuse to pay for their driver's negligence. To clarify, there was plenty of room to just pick it up, as the driver that dropped it off put it where it was with the same sized truck.

I hope you never need customer service from them. Their 800 number is merely prerecorded music that goes on forever and "Please continue to hold, your call is very important to us" You are given the option to leave a voice mail, they never return the call, they never return emails. I just want to get away from this nightmare. Definitely think they are horrendous in customer service, if you cant get it done on line, you are simply screwed.

Three days ago, I found out that my family and I had to move on extremely short notice. I immediately called 1-800-PACK-RAT, and within less than 10 minutes I had two 16-foot containers scheduled for delivery. Both Michael and Peter were punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to place both containers perfectly, allowing my fiancé and myself to continue using the rest of our driveway during an already stressful time.

The driver from OKC dropping off, Peter, was an absolute doll. OKC service not only was doing Wichita, KS a favor because they couldn't get here by today, but they helped me by turning the unit around because I had it facing the wrong way when I ordered it. Thank you guys, all of you, so so much.
