You Move Me Oklahoma City

I chose this moving company after they came highly recommended by a personal friend, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was poor. I was told my move would be around 1pm but could be pushed to 3pm. I never received a proper confirmation the day of, and when I called for an ETA, I was told they’d “call the crew and get back to me.” Forty minutes passed with no response, so I called again and was told the same thing.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. DONT use this company. TWO MOVERS LITERALLY QUIT AND WALKED AWAY DURING THE MOVE. THEY BROKE OUR DESK AND DID NOT FIX OR COMPENSATE! A SCHEDULED TWO HOUR MOVE TURNED INTO A 6 HOUR MOVE!! I booked this company for a 2 hour move less than 10 minutes away from my original location.

I will not be using this company again. They arrived 90 minutes late and the two men who came were bone tired. As they told me, they had done a full move of a 4000sq foot house prior to coming to my apartment....they were utterly exhausted. Because of this, they took a lot longer than it should have taken so I got charged an extra hour because they were slow. I don't blame them...it was bad planning on the part of their team leader.

Worst moving experience of my life. I’m a single mother and I was depending on these guys to help me get my stuff moved because I just can’t do it by myself. However, it took six and a half hours to move a one bedroom apartment that was all boxes (I’ve been packing since January) and maybe 5 pieces of furniture. They charged me all sorts of extra hidden charges like a “transaction fee” and supplies that I never asked for and were never discussed with me. I felt like the movers were intentionally going slow.

The service was decent. I was given a rate of $585 for the whole move. The main reason I went with this company was that I requested the 3-hour move from 10am to 1pm. The workers were nice, but they decided to take lunch at 12, delaying and extending the hours of work until 1:30 pm. Once they finished, the guy called his boss and, not sure what he was counting, then pulled out his iPad and said, 'This is your receipt, $713.28.' I was sent an email bill but with no breakdown of why my bill went up that high.

I have used You Move Me three different times over the years, and my first two experiences were outstanding. In fact, I recommended the company to others because of how impressed I was. Unfortunately, this most recent move was the complete opposite and will be my last time using them. I was moving from a 2,200-square-foot home (with three rooms already empty) into an 1,800-square-foot home located only about 5 miles away—roughly a 15-minute drive in traffic.

Wish I could give these guys no stars. DO NOT USE this company. Not only was I misquoted, I was also provided less manpower without a notice which cost me more. After being slow played from a 3 hour job to a 6 hour job and an hour and a half lunch break from their team ( After I bought them lunch) they also broke my landlords elevator. Its a historic building and small community of people who live there. The freight elevator was damaged by you move me and was even witnessed by a tenant.

My name is James Clay. I enjoyed My interaction with one of the movers, Rodney. He was the only positive. The other guy was awkward and seemed kind of shady. We were told that we put down a $99 deposit, and's the hourly was @ $150 on the call with Konner. They arrived and then told my lady that there was $150 fee for the truck. The two movers arrived at 12:40 and completed the move at 2:25. The other mover (not Rodney) states they were working for 2.5 hours when they worked under 2 hours.
