I am giving this a 5-star review for several reasons. First, the caretaker was very accommodating and consistently provided updates about the facility. Although we unfortunately experienced a burglary in our rented storage unit, the caretaker’s prompt communication allowed us to report the incident to the management right away. The management, in turn, was quick to guide us on how to file an insurance claim, which we successfully received.

Very welcoming staff and reasonable pricing on storage units! I love how their storage unit is protected with having to have a code to enter thru the gate!

I really love that. I chose y’all as my storage place to store my belongings because y’all have really been there for me when I got sick. I was there for me and I really do appreciate it. Plus, the workers are really great. The young lady I talked to before I make my payment over the phone. She had really helped me and plus she really helped me get my second storage through y’all too and a young gentleman that works at the one in Evansville.
