THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES STAY AWAY AT ALL COST So i hired these people to load my moving PODS in my driveway. They threw a fit to be paid everyday and wouldn't provide a receipt to the point of calling ten times back to back because my wife didn't have enough cash with her. Then they overfilled for sitting in front of my house for 2 hours after they were sent home. This is the most unprofessional management I've ever encountered.
Update: this customer was arrested for scamming not only our business but others as well. Karma... Call go minis in Evansville In and speak to the owner for a second reference on this guys credibility and ours.
I was charged for 3 hours of labor for a job that took half that time. They claim there is a 3 hour minimum, even though I was never made aware of such. Davis asked how he could make the situation right, but then never followed up with me. So clearly they have no interest in correcting anything. Then when I left a Facebook review, all I got was a snarky and very unprofessional response. They don't care at all about customer service of providing a good value. Use any other moving company.

I was charged $2600 for moving, they did the same move 8 months earlier for $1100. 1 guy sat in the truck more than half the day, the second puked in my sink. Thank goodness the third guy was awesome. I called the office but never heard back from Jason

First time they did a good job. Second time they forgot about me and showed up a couple hours late after I called them. Sent an extra guy and did ok. Third time I called multiple times and left two messages but no one called me back.

If I could get away with 0 stars I would. This is just a sample of their moving quality, the care shown to my husband and me. A destroyed lamp, a damaged dresser, a leg broken on an entry table (solid wood), damage to fire pit, missing outdoor chair cover, office desk shoved together and screwed incorrectly, damaged, pic of how kitchen chair was packed and damage from it. Shot of tv box and how they damaged it in the move.
We should have canceled the job immediately when you requested that we not send individuals of a particular race to your home. That was the first indication of behavior we do not tolerate.
I will keep this short. I’ve used Furniture Fetchers several times for moves and even recommended them to others this time. I was not happy at all highly disappointed. I felt like it was overpriced. Nothing was really discussed with the inventory. I use their inventory plus added from my previous move and it was like the office manager didn’t really have time to go through everything with me. Her name was Tammy. She was very cold kind of rude and I have dealt with her before and she’s always been friendly.
Thank you for your feedback. For clarification, the electric beds on this move required a level of disassembly beyond what our crew is trained to do. At your request, a third party that you called in completed the disassembly.
Unless the number listed on your website is not correct; then I did indeed call the right number. And also left several messages. So saying that I did not call the right number is a bold bald face lie. In fact, it's a shame that me leaving a bad review of your poor customer service; is the only thing that motivated you to respond to me. When all I was trying to do was hire someone to move some furniture for me. And if you are so concerned about feeding and supporting your family.
Definitely not calling the correct number.. all calls on our logs have been answered within mins or returned in a reasonable time. Upon looking at your history for reviews almost everyone you reviewed got one star review.
Contacted office with very detailed list of items to be moved for an estimate of the cost. Was given an estimate of $550-575 to move the detailed list given. Keep in mind this was for two bedroom suits, sofa, recliner, entertainment center, vertical file cabinet, and small gas grill. This was a two bedroom apartment on the lower floor moving to a new one story house. Upon arrival the crew who was very nice started wrapping a few items as I had shrink wrapped most of the items already.

We had a great experience with the movers on Saturday. The team showed up on time, worked hard the entire move, and handled everything with care. They were very professional, organized, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and easy. They took the time to protect our furniture, move things carefully, and made sure everything ended up exactly where we wanted it in the new house. Their attitude was great the whole time and they worked efficiently without rushing or cutting corners.

Excellent help in moving an entire showroom of new furniture and fixtures to storage in efficient manor with no damage. Team arrived on time and finished an hour ahead of schedule. I am very pleased and management communication was A+ along with offering us a last minute slot on the schedule. 6 great guys and would be happy to have them back to reset the showroom following construction. Well done... and will definitely utilize their service in the future.

just did a move with them today. They were above and beyond awesome. I was moving from a house to an apartment but I really didn't have a lot and it was totally last minute. They gave me a great estimate. They were super nice, conscientious and fast as hell. I got the pleasure of working with the owners son and let me tell you he really gives me hope for the future. Quality individual and you know if he is raising a man like that he is running a great shop.
