I have contatct Adam Chester at the Evansville office with the issues I have had with the move AND NO RESPONSE. Filed a BBB report today. SAD they won't talk with the custmer about bad service, stolen items and damaged table. Won't use this company again. Don't know the names of the crew as they never told me. RUDE people. If I have to I will take them to court. Bottom line.
It’s appalling that the moving industry operates without any accountability. "If you break it, you buy it." This should be the standard in any “professional” services company. I provided detailed instructions to NuSpace about the expensive and delicate nature of our Italian imported, bedroom furniture, I explained that the drawers were packed full and asked these guys to take the extreme care and all precautions to handle the pieces.
My husband left a review and it looks as if it has been deleted and not addressed. So here I go. Monday 09/16/2024 I spoke with Sara and booked the company to help us move on 10/12/2024. I received the confirmation that it was booked at 10:33am. Thursday at 08:28am on 10/10/2024 I confirmed the move again via text message after doing this through email as well. Estimated arrival time was 0830 on 10/12/2024 for the move. Three hours went by past scheduled time and still no movers.
Hi Brooke, we definitely apologize for your issues, they aren't a good representation of our normal service or customer situations. We did text and call and had guys available for you the following day which we understand wasn't an option for you and we greatly apologize.
Leaving this review because I did not go with this company because they are horribly unprofessional! I was given a quote between two companies and thus one was higher which was fine no problem. I denied the contract and went with the other company and was called and asked why I switched. I politely told them I found a better deal and thanked them for their time. To which the response was "good luck that other company is a rip off and will charge you more, most people don't like them so don't expect a good outcome.

A realtor friend recommended this company for a recent move. From the initial contact with Sara, to the first meeting with Keith, this process was pleasant, professional and efficient. They were punctual, courteous, and responsive. We also very much appreciate the excellent service the crew of Brandon, Quinn and Robert provided. On time and on point, their attention to detail, expertise and communication skills, and ability to make decisions were top notch.
Excellent movers!! If I could give them 6 star rating I would!!! The guys are extremely courteous, fast and hard working men. I’ve never seen a moving company/workers have this Fantastic attitude and ambition to get the job done..... and to get it done right for the customer! I received referral from some people on the nextdoor app that said they were great so I contacted Adam. Contacted Adam and he promptly emailed the estimate. His estimate was unbelievable!!!!!!.
This was my first experience with professional movers and it was definitely a great one! Shaun, Matt and Brandon (hopefully I got the names correct) were punctual, early actually! They were very polite and respectful throughout the entire process. They showed up ready to move, I gave them a brief rundown of what needed to be done at each location and I probably wouldn’t even remember what I’d said myself!

I recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding moving crew, and I can't say enough good things about them! The team, consisting of three incredibly hardworking and efficient individuals, did an amazing job loading my moving truck. From the moment they arrived, they demonstrated professionalism and expertise.
