First, the guys that showed up to pack and store our stuff were good guys, but had no idea how to pack. The guys that came to unload our stuff were high. One desk was broken in half on delivery. Our wooden coffee table was dented in two spots. The company never talks to you after you pay. They send you to a third party for "insurance" -- that company (Move Smart Move Management, LLC) must get paid to ignore you too. Six months since the move no response from 2CB at all. Heading to small claims court with this one.
We recently used this company for a local move. Unfortunately, they did not put down any protection for our carpet or wood flooring as originally stated, which was disappointing. There were several issues throughout the move. Two of the four movers were new to the area, and one arrived an hour late due to miscommunication. Our heavy dining room table was also not properly wrapped, slipped during the move, and the legs broke off. I am still in contact with the company to see if this can be repaired.

If I could leave a 0 I would, our experience with them was probably the worst experience I have had with any business in my 68 years on this planet. It all started when the truck arrived the driver said the truck was probably not going to be big enough and in fact he was right. We had to leave stuff behind and not once did they offer to have the rest shipped, some of the stuff left behind was our grill, out door furniture and tools.
We are disappointed to receive this type of dishonest and misleading feedback, which does not accurately reflect the situation. From the beginning, we presented additional solutions to assist with the transport of your items that could not fit in the moving truck.
I used this company to move my whole household from Florida to Kentucky. First off they couldn't fit everything into two trucks and told me I had to leave it behind or go rent another truck. It wasn't our fault that they either didn't pack the first to trucks correctly or they estimated wrong. Either way it was a horrible experience. We have been in Kentucky for almost 6 months now and I'm just doing this review now because I still hadn't forgiven them for the amount of broken items.
Deceptive and dishonest sales reps. I was quoted $450 and billed $750. The movers themselves, Isaac and Reese were wonderful. I tipped these movers (whose labor is used for the owners’ profit) and the company’s proposal in response to my objection (to their own dishonesty) was to offer to take away the tip from the workers and give it back to me. That said more to me than even the greed and dishonesty. Shop carefully. Response: the recording bears out all of what I said and none of what they said.
Well considering you just perform a hit run right in front of your shop between 8-10pm.. your box truck swiped us usxpress trailer that was broken down in middle of road.. Oh FYI that’s the reason the guys were yelling at your two guys in your box truck.. Also video has been handed over to local authorities.. Maybe don’t perform a hit and Run!
I intially gave them a good review. The people were freindly and professional. The load, pack, move & unload seemed to go just fine. They accomodated our requests as we placed the furniture in our new home. The owner, Wade (who loves in our neighborhood) personally came to pick up a check after some printing issues with the bank check created problems with cashing the check. For which we apologized, but the problem was with the bank. However, the problems arose after the move as we began to use different items.
I was happy that 2 college brothers has a opening short notice to move locally. They sendt 4 nice guys to help us move a 4 bedroom home. However I felt they where overwhelmed and where pretty tired by mid day of the move. I felt like they were sloppy and moving things into our new house which caused damage to my walls and floors. Many things where left in my garage or moved into the wrong room. They also didn’t have tools to breakdown my beds or put them back together(my husband had to do this).
