As far as professionalism goes, the movers were great and on time. I’m more disappointed with my furniture being damaged and items missing. Brand new house and have damage to my walls now. I called the company back to file a claim and left multiple voicemails and never got a response back. Unfortunately I will not recommend these movers again
Where do I start ,stay away from this company. We hired this company to do our moved August 9th. We spoke over the phone and we ask if they do TV mount. And Gary say yes with the extra charge off $40. We trust in this company and the day this two workers in the pictures, put the TV up it fail. Thankfully our kids didn’t get hurt and the guys were able to catch the TV Unfortunately, my wall got severe damage. We were so naïve that we pay them the full amount of the moving , they only deducted $50 .
If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. Do NOT use them if you expect professional and timely service. We were contracted to have them help us move some pieces of furniture to a new house on August 6th from 12:30-2:30 pm. Around 1, I still had not heard anything from the company or the movers. I called the office and they were unaware why I hadn’t heard anything from the movers. About five minutes later I receive a phone call from the movers that was completely unprofessional.
I wish I could leave no stars. Where to begin... They were over 2 HOURS LATE showing up and didn't warn me. Left boxes outside, despite the boxes being clearly marked with what room they go in IN THE HOUSE, so I had to move them into the house myself. No mattress cover used on one of the mattresses even though they had 2 available to use (one of which was mine) and dirt got all over the side of the mattress.
What a frustrating moving experience. I used Brothers EZ Moving last year from the reviews on Yelp and because of my great move the first time, I hired the company again. That was a mistake. The scheduled arrival time of the movers was 9:30am - 11:30am. The movers did not arrive at my place until 1:45. I called Brothers EZ Moving at noon and spoke to someone in sales and they were going to call me back with an ETA - I never received a call.
We used this company in 2016 and they were phenomenal. We recently used them for a local move. During the move they did a pretty good job and even managed to move a piece of gym equipment that they originally said that they would not be able to due to its size. We were thrilled that they did this for us and were fairly satisfied with the service.
Brothers EZ Moving is one of the most dishonest businesses I have ever dealt with! I initially scheduled a local apartment move with Hannah in September and was told it would be an estimated 3 hour job with a crew of 2 movers. The day of, the movers showed up with a crew of 3 and said they would have to charge me a higher rate for the extra man, but assured me that the job would get done faster.
Absolutely awful experience. My parents, who are in their 60s, were downsizing and moving to Florida. They gave away the majority of their furnishings and only kept a small truck load of the belongings that were antiques handed down from previous family generations and were in like-new condition. They loaded their belongings in a truck themselves taking care to wrap and box all items, and even wrapped the furniture with blankets to minimize scuffs.

Shout out to Mike & Joey for making this a smooth experience. I had an excellent experience with Brothers EZ Moving and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company in Tampa Bay. Our mover Michael was professional, punctual, and extremely careful with our appliances during the move. They helped us move a refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove from Wesley Chapel to Safety Harbor, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
This was my second time using Brothers EZ Moving, and once again they delivered one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had — this time for a long distance move from the Lakeland area to Panama City, FL. What really stood out to me was their flat-rate guaranteed pricing. I was honestly a little nervous going into a long distance move because I’ve heard so many horror stories about prices going up at the last minute.

Best Same-Day Movers in Downtown Tampa! I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Brothers EZ Moving. We had a moving emergency in Downtown Tampa after another moving company couldn’t finish the job. Our 90-inch L-shaped couch wouldn’t fit in the apartment elevator, and they simply didn’t have a solution. I searched for same-day movers near me, emergency movers in Tampa, and furniture movers, and I’m so glad I found Brothers EZ Moving.
