Just used them for a move from Hillsborough county to neighboring Pinellas county and suffered a myriad of problems. Two TV's were broken, one irreparably; a box of glassware didn't make the trip; my pistol also didn't make the trip; the bill for this came in $500 higher than the high side estimate. While Einstein management was responsive and replaced/repaired the TV's, I was SOL on the gun and glassware. Try someone else.

September 2025 - I once again utilized the incredible team from Einstein Moving to move me from St. Pete to Jacksonville. Rocco and Zeus showed up early, after having called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They are very professional, efficient, easy to work with, and personable. They got my 1bd apt loaded on their truck in about an hour. We met at the house in Jax and they got me unloaded, with everything in the right place, again, in about an hour.
After researching several moving companies, we chose Einstein based on their 5⭐ rating and reasonable pricing, and it was the best decision we could have made. Our movers, Angel and Benji, were fantastic—professional, efficient, and attentive to our needs. They took great care to ensure that all our furniture and belongings arrived without any damage. A special thanks to Brandon as well, who stopped by to greet us and even helped assemble our treadmill.
I can’t say enough great things about this moving company! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. Manager Shane was fantastic—super responsive, professional, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. You can tell he genuinely cares about both his team and his customers. The moving crew Angel, Sloan and Jordan were absolutely amazing. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care and precision.
This is the kind of move experience we love to hear about. Smooth, organized, and stress-free from start to finish! Shane will really appreciate the recognition. He takes a lot of pride in making sure every detail is handled the right way, and it shows.
Our move with Einstein Moving Company started out a bit rocky due to a scheduling mix-up on their end. We were originally supposed to begin around 9:00 AM, but the start time got pushed closer to noon. That said, what really matters is how a company responds when things don’t go perfectly—and Einstein absolutely delivered. Instead of the original three-person crew, we were upgraded to a fantastic four-person team, and from that moment on, everything turned around.
