Horrible from the very beginning. Broke my garage door, damaged items, was cockroach infested and mouse droppings from storage, items broken, some priceless, denied responsibility for breaking my chair. That really made me mad! Crushed items, broken items due to careless packing . Forgot several items , including an entire closet in my home. Had to chase after them, saying hey! Pack this! You forgot that! Careless in my new home, damaging walls.
As stated before, we are completely heart broken to hear you didn’t have a great experience with our team. We certainly have not cut off communication. In fact, when we called to discuss your concerns we were hung up on.
I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. I referred my mother to this company for her moving needs. She dealt with Pablo the Spanish speaking coordinator who was extremely unprofessional and rude. From the beginning, they were not transparent about their pricing. The quote I was given changed throughout the process, and I felt misled about what the final cost would actually be. To make matters worse, they failed to send the appropriate number of movers for the size of the job.
Joshua, we are sorry that you and your mother were dissatisfied, but we respectfully disagree with several statements in this review. Before the move, we discussed the inventory, access conditions, crew size, pricing structure, and estimated completion time in detail.
The moving team worked well together, was very caring and efficient with moving my furniture and personal items. Great pricing and scheduling! Thanks Premier!Came to find out, my Diamond engagement ring was missing. Sloppy packing. Don’t leave packers alone or without camera when packing items. Hard lesson to learn!

Update: Stay Away! This company is a huge scam and ran by the scum of Tampa. After getting in contact regarding our damages we were offered $200 for our broken 55 inch TV that retails for $900+. In addition to the low ball offer they will only send it to us if we remove this review. I am sure we were not the only victims of this and I am sure others have removed their honest reviews to get compensation of their damages. Do not use them!
Hi Julian, we're really sorry if you had a bad experience however there are numerous false claims in your review. The liability coverage that you selected (at no cost) only covers this TV for $18. We went above our required liability and offered to pay $200.
Overall, the move went smoothly—granted, I only had a one-bedroom apartment. The workers arrived early and got everything out efficiently. I hired them last minute before deploying, largely because of their strong reviews. It’s been a stressful time leading up to my departure, and I simply needed my belongings moved out before I left. I was originally quoted $140 an hour for two movers, which I felt was fair.

I literally had a bad feeling when I was told 0800-1000 and they showed up after 10. I had a daybed, a peloton, and bins/boxes/misc. items to be moved. Quoted $375 for 2.5 hours. It took 3 hours (30 min over quote) and I now suddenly I owe $649? Paid almost double what I was quoted and when I was clearly upset, driver insisted on provoking and being a “smart ass” (his words). Would you not be upset too if you were expecting a balance of $325 and now it’s suddenly $600?

Heartbroken. My morning of unpacking so far has been full of broken, sentimental items, lost items from deceased family members, and so much more. Yesterday when my furniture was brought in off the truck, things had been scuffed, flawless paint chipped or otherwise damaged in a way that is hard to repair if not impossible.

These guys quoted us $600 at first. When they were done it was $1000. They lied about what they charged for, they lied about how long it would take and also lied about the drive time to and from our apartment. it was a bait and switch.
