2 Friends and a Truck Moving & Storage Company

This company is not PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!! They are scammers!! They ruined my furniture, broke and scratched some of my furniture. I took pictures of everything and sent it to them and they were supposed to come back and fix everything that they messed up but now they are deciding to ignore my messages and calls. I keep calling and messaging Mohammad but he isn’t answering me.

Worst moving experience ever!! Terrible service And extremely unprofessional, Especially Muhammad, he is a thief and a LIAR. -They arrived late, sent only one person for packing and I had to pack half of the stuff. I had to wait for two hours after packing was done for the truck to arrive. They wouldn’t unload my furniture unless I paid extra 1k. Furthermore they left without unpacking, muhammad promised to refund part of the money(I Paid 3k for moving one bedroom apartment for 50 miles!!!)and he never did.

I would use another company. They quoted me for 3 hour move and it ended up taking them well over the time. They hire workers who are super slow and lazy. They stopped to take lunch 2 hours which is fine but they wanted me to pay for those house at 125 an hour lol. They ended up quoting me double and tried to hold my stuff hostage until I paid in full. Do not use these guys go elsewhere.

I booked 2 friends and a truck for service on a Saturday with three movers. They told me they couldn't make the scheduled date the day prior and came on a Sunday with two movers instead. When I booked the move I sent photos of everything being moved and a description of the items. When the movers came they said there were extra fees for heavy items they weren't aware of even though I sent them originally. During the move our washing machine was broken.

Wow! I received a text from Sophia to confirm my move for tomorrow. Initially she questioned the logistics of my move then proceeded to contradict the price on the website. Instead of continuing via text I called Sophia. She explained there was an additional $120 travel fee because I was moving more than 40 miles. Actually I am moving exactly 40 miles. She also said the is $95 per hour, completely contrary to the pricing on their website. She said their website is wrong.

We hired the company for our move in late May. While packing up the king bed frame, one of the movers dropped it and snapped a support leg off. He tried to rig with just tape, but the frame is so heavy it became unusable as a frame. The bed only has four legs so it was a total loss. Additionally at the new house, items were left covered in plastic wrap and moving sheets. The same guy knocked over a closed bucket of paint causing it to spill on the garage floor.

Warning Beware! Horrible customer service, Unprofessional staff and if your looking forward to your furniture arriving with no damages then seek services elsewhere please! You will thank me later for not wasting your time and money. I am completely upset and disappointed. My furniture and a few electronics was damaged upon receiving my stuff .They were in extremely great condition prior.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! Save yourself a headache and seek for a professional moving company I assure you it’s not worth it! I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the recent move conducted by this company. The movers showed up late and without the necessary tools to disassemble my furniture, forcing me to call my ex for assistance. As a result, they broke my vanity due to their inability to properly dismantle it.
