I hired 2 Soldiers to move my household from Brantford to Hamilton. They arrived early... one good thing. First problem they would not take my TV, (even though I had discussed it with the person on the phone and they insured me it would be taken....they left a lot of items behind in the house and garage/shed. Said they didn't have room. I have NEVER run across this before and I have moved alot. I had to hire someone else to finish the job. Nothing like having to hire movers after movers to finish the job.

Called twice. Never got back to me. Went with another moving company who responded immediately, provided a very reasonable quote and we booked them.

HORRIBLE COMPANY Asked for a quote, was sent an email telling me that my date was available and asking for photos of the items (for insurance/quote purposes). I sent the photos back in a day, and am told that my move date is no longer available, I can have a booking 2 weeks out??? Moves are apparently scheduled "first come first served"?? PARDON ME FOR PRESUMING I HAD BEEN SERVED, because apparently I was not!

2 Soldiers handled my move today, and they were amazing! The guys are all so friendly, and incredibly professional. They are very efficient, and excellent at communicating to make sure everything runs smoothly. Even offerer some great suggestions to help me set up a bedroom the best way 🙂 Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed! Moving is no fun, but these guys definitely made it easier
These guys were incredibly accommodating when moving my dad into a seniors residence. Although this wasn't a huge move they were very sensitive, especially since it was a very stressful day for everyone. They showed up early and finished quickly which helped us to get on with the rest of the day. They took great care with his belongings which he appreciated and made sure things were where we needed them to be set up. Will be calling them for a longer move soon without any hesitation!

2 Soldiers Moving is highly recommended! They provided excellent service, were timely, professional and extremely careful with all of our items. We had them move our home items from Brantford to Long Sault. (A long distance move). We couldn't have asked for a better moving experience!
2 soldiers moving was the best moving experience I've had. Nolan and Thorin were professional, friendly and made amazing use of their time. Ours wasn't a basic move as we had things going back and forth from one house to another just a couple of doors down but they did a wonderful job and were a pleasure to deal with. They will be my go-to movers from now on. Thank you, 2SM!
