I asked for an eta and was very rudly told I was being aggressive then told about all the company problems. Extremely unsatisfied and unprofessional. I went with grand river delivery. Very happy with that decision. They were prompt and also very respectful!
I was driving on the 403 yesterday when their truck started to tail gate me in the middle lane at a very unsafe proximity. I was scared they would hit me due to how aggressively they were driving so I tapped my brake lights to slow down slightly without going below the speed limit. They changed lanes on my left and as passing me starting crowding a few feet into my lane therefore forcing me into my lane on the right. Thankfully no one was there otherwise I would have hit them.
Waited for over 3 hours for a order that never came. No call from the company at all. When I called I was endured my order was coming and nothing ever came. 100% suggest another service as this one just wastes your time. Then the owner calls you after you leave a bad Google review to harass you.
Just had an interaction with this gem. She was instantly rude, and only got worse as we went along. She had a problem with my address (which I just moved to) , and hung up on me. Probably dont call unless you are requesting something she wants to pick up.
I was greeted by this lady on the telephone I placed my order and then I was promptly told that they only except cash when I try to explain to the lady that I only had debit she hung up on me very unprofessional I will not deal with these people again
Called to place an order, they informed me the sobeys wine rack was closed and hung up on us before we could order anything else. When we called back the person was extremely rude saying we were rude once she informed us the store was …
The dispatcher is very dismissive. Doesn’t double check your order and sends you more expensive things and NOT the things you ordered. Also the website description is misleading.
Terrible service. Terrible people. Do Not Go Here!!!!! Northern Delivery people- if you hate your job so much, why do you even bother picking up the phone? Nasty attitude!!

I have to say this delivery service is the best in Brantford. It wasn't that way years ago but since Kelly has owned it I wouldn't go anywhere else. Her and her drivers are quick and always friendly. They use e-transfer which is beyond helpful. She knows my order so well she's had it ready before I even call. The orders are always right and quick. If by the very rare chance they get it wrong they're quick to fix it. Can't say enough nice things about this company!
We switched to Northen Delivery a few months ago and are so impressed by the service we receive. We deal with Kelly most of the time and she is absolutely incredible! She is kind, understanding, and all in all a wonderful person. She goes out of her way to make sure her customers are happy! We order every week, she always remembers our order and always does her best to get it to us on time. And if she can't she calls me to let me know. 10/10 service from Northern Delivery.:)
EDIT - I left the review below years ago when they were under different ownership. Now that they are owned by Kelly, things have greatly changed for the better. She is a lovely person and we couldn't be happier with her and her service. …
