My personal experience was awful. Almost an hour late, ok that wasn't a big deal I put it aside. The problems started moving *out* of my old house then didn't stop. First - when I spoke with reception I made it clear appliance wise I had a washer, dryer, fridge and stove that needed to be moved. Apparently they weren't told about the kitchen appliances, or didnt bother to ask, because they loaded the truck without the fridge & stove, walked in & said "we're ready to go".
Showed up 1.5 hours late , stood around for the first 25 minutes taking , took multiple breaks in the 5.5 hours it took them to load and unload from one single level , me and my kids moved everything from the upper and lower levels for …
Hello Felicia, We appreciate your feedback, though we must respectfully clarify a few points regarding your review. Your move was billed for 3.5 hours, not 5.5 hours as mentioned. While our crew did arrive later than scheduled, we apologized and explained that this was due to arranging a larger…
Really not worth the price. They just outsource their service and the service quality was below the average with the highest hourly rate. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and it took them 7.5 hours with only 15 minutes on the way. It’s really hard to take any longer to me. Even if you are just looking for a small move and want to save some truck fee, I’m sure there are more efficient moving crews in the market. Try to take a look somewhere else.

In their own words
We recently used Pearl Movers for our move, and I want to give a special shoutout to Jass and Lovepreet for doing an amazing job. Moving into a new home can be stressful, but these two made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and worked hard from start to finish. They handled all of our furniture and belongings with great care, making sure everything was properly protected and moved safely.
Thank you so much Sahil for the wonderful feedback it means alot to us. best regards
I had a great experience with Pearl Movers. My move was from a condo to a century home and presented different challenges on either end, and they were awesome. Great attitudes and careful service. The price was fair for the work and they were clear and accurate about timing. Great guys, great service and clear communication from Sarah as well.
