If I could give 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this company at all! My move was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. At 8:45 they called to say they would be running late due to mechanical issues with the truck. That was fine and I completely understood. When they finally arrived roughly an hour late, the owner did not introduce himself. His first words to me were that he didn't think they would be able to do the move, because he had misplaced the keys to unlock the back of the truck.

MY RESPONSE TO OWNERS LIES WITH THEIR RESPONSE: I SENT EVERYTHING REQUESTED IMMEDIATELY WHEN I GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE LYING OWNER. I ALSO CALLED OVER 20 TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES TRYING TO CONFIRM YOU RECEIVED ALL OF THE INFORMATION I SENT AND I CALLED HIS CELL PHONE AND YOUR "BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER" AND NO ONE ANSWERED OR EVER RETURNED MY CALLS.

I'm not complaining about the extra fees. That should be expected. The fee to go from my home to the new home was about 65 for about 15 miles. The flat rate for getting upstairs items down from the old house was 25. Extra hours were about 95 each with no minimum. For something that cost so much I didn't see any hustle in the movers at all. I take some blame because I didn't get on them about it, but I'm sure that slow work cost me at least an hour/95 bucks.

Decent prices and decent movers. However make sure you watch every piece / item being moved, leave your home and go into the truck yourself. All said and done after we unpacked we have a few items missing totaling around $400. You get what you pay for, so unless you plan on babysitting the movers and watching them every step of the way, I would recommend passing on 2 Superheros and A Truck and paying a little more for a moving company with more competent movers.

The office canceled on my friend when she needed to be out of her apartment that day. They argued with her about the delay in the movers being able to arrive at her place instead of being understanding about how upsetting the whole process was for her. Terrible professionalism from the office staff. Moves are stressful for people, especially for those with anxiety. The least they could have done was be kind.

I was shocked by the quality of service I received considering the many positive reviews which is what led to me to this company. I was highly disappointed and have had much better moving experiences. To start, they were 35 minutes late. My move was scheduled for 9am. They called at 840am to say they were on their way to me. I lived in Conroe, they were coming from Katy (which is a little less than an hr away on a good day). Secondly, about 20 minutes after arriving one of the guys asked me to give him some water.

You get what you pay for generally. The movers themselves were efficient and friendly and did a good job. The problem here is the customer service. One whole bin was completely broken, despite us wrapping each dish up thoroughly. All plates, glass tupperware, and bowls were smashed (value over $200).The guy who followed up was dismissive and rude. He just pointed to the contract and said since the bin weighed 20 lbs, it didn't matter the contents, we would be compensated $8.

First, I would like to share with you guys that this is a very unprofessional business. this company is in the business of messing over people. They damaged my items and then try to lie about it if I didn’t have witnesses and Neighbors with ring cameras, they would have successfully messed over me. they disassembled my furniture and when we got to the residence where we had to unload, they couldn’t find the screws so they were unable to assemble the items that they disassemble.
