Horrible just horrible do not hire movers Through this company. Very unprofessional. I hired movers Through this company to just move my big furniture which included living room dining room and mattress and a couple of other small tables that was All.I expect a professional people to come to my house and move my things I would have never expected to have crooks come into my house. One of them all of a sudden went into one of my restrooms I have two.

Worst experience ever! When we first called we made sure to ask if the $175 was for the travel and we were told yes. I asked 3 times and was told yes every time that the drive for them did not count as hours we paid, but they used their drive time for their self. Our furniture is filthy disgusting from their sweat because they didn't wrap any of the furniture besides a coffee table and they put our brand new king sized mattress right up against the truck without a barrier so hopefully we can get our furniture…

Update my things were stolen and they were the only ppl who knew my information to access my unit. They stated they would send the pictures taken however once contacted again they stated they no longer had proof showing items were put into the unit. Ismael was my driver and loader.

Too many additional hidden fees... Houston Affordable Movers took my $100 deposit & asked for another $100 to reschedule & then sent a list of fees via the agreement. Thank you for your feedback & example of the poor customer service. I am grateful you did not showing up!

Worst company ever! I moved Friday June 7, 2019 The movers and the main office called my work number instead of the number I provided for my contact number. I only had a 1 bedroom loft so it should not have taken more than 2 hours and I moved to another apartment in the same complex right behind my old apartment. They did not get close to moving all of my boxes, barely moved the big items and the truck wasn't full.

Used this company for my most recent move and would not recommend — decent prices but you get what you pay for unfortunately. Their movers dented the wood floors in one of my bedrooms, put a very deep scratch in the wood flooring of a hallway, and put many knicks in the ceiling above my stairwell. They even suggested I take photos of the ceiling prior to beginning the move (which I did) so there was clear evidence of the damage caused by them.

Rude lady with an attitude answering the phones , well not answering she calls back after she misses your call. REPLY : first all I didn’t say I wanted a hour to move that’s how you know your very incompetent and rude because I clearly asked you how much would it cost for the 2hrs and how did you get the amount and you replied “BASIC MATH” and I said I wasn’t using you after you made that rude comment like you are clearly a miserable nasty person! I don’t have your pricing in front of me !

Their box truck came through our neighborhood and dumped some empty boxes on the side of a church parking lot in the North Lindale subdivision. He was followed to a house a few blocks away and when he was asked if he dumped the boxes, he denied it. The guy was bald headed, wearing baggy shorts and a tank top. It was a Sunday so I guess he figured he could just dump trash in our neighborhood and get away with it. Not long after he jumped on the 610 freeway foing west.
