HOW do they have a 4.7 ⭐ rating ???? They are easily the worst moving company in Houston (and I have used them twice and used several different movers since then). The driver / movers are rude, careless with your belongings / possessions, they just rush to get everything done as fast as possible and with the least amount of effort. There is no customer service and they damaged my recliner by taking it apart.

ALLEGED THEFT OF AGGIE RING The job went well except for one of the movers allegedly has stolen my Aggie ring. It was the only item that was in the room on the windowsill from the day before. It was a job for my parents and I don’t live there, hence it being out of the ordinary. Dad put it on the windowsill day before because I had left it and he was emptying the room to receive the new furniture. Movers came the next day and it’s gone after they left. Dad hadn’t moved it.
Ms Savage, We are very sorry that you are unable to find your ring. However, accusing our company of theft without definitive proof is irresponsible and defamatory. None of the 4 movers that performed your father's move saw the ring on the day of the move.
The worst move I have ever experienced. The movers were very slow and did not handle my items with care. They also dropped my tv without notifying me of the damage that occurred and it took them 5 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment. During the move they would drop my items off at the wrong floor and leave it there for a long period of time, drag my items and leave trails of them in the hallways, the boxes that were fragile were handled with no care and left everything broken and they did not have the best…

I’ve hired 150movers twice and their service has decreased. I recommended them to my friends that was a big mistake. All my friends and me were highly disappointed with their service. They have no respect for your funiture. Initially Matt was going to compensate us for the damage by taking some minutes off the move however he took back that offer and sent us the long claims process. There are plenty of other movers who charge a little bit more but are professional and would care about your furniture.

They damaged a ton of our furniture and belongings!!! Our brand new dining room table which the mover offered to GLUE and put plumbers tape on. The more we unpacked the more we found the nearly everything we owned furniture and decor wise had been damaged whether it was scratched, ripped, chipped, broken, etc etc. I’m talking thousands of dollars of furniture and frames etc damaged. All they did was send me a claim form. They DO NOT CARE about you or your items!

Omar was on his phone more then he was moving. They damaged my entertainment center, and ripped my mattress. His helper expected us to help. They stopped moving stuff in the last 15 minutes of the 2 hours. Extremely disappointed yall should not use them. Shop around it was a min. Of $200 for 2 hours. Worst moving company
Mr. Lillard, We did not transport your items to Fort Worth, nor did we unload your Uhaul truck in Fort Worth Tx. There have been multiple changes in custody from the time we loaded your items up in Houston till the time your truck was unloaded in Fort Worth.

Wow, I can't sing enough praises to these folks! Our crew was prompt, fastest movers I've seen, and very friendly. What a hard working group of people. They were careful with our stuff and very skilled at packing everything into our storage. I did alot of shopping around for prices and this company is by far the most affordable, especially for the service. Thank you so much for everything!

I hired 3 guys and they were awesome. They communicated with me how long it would take to get to my location, and updated me when it took a little longer. They took great care with my stuff while still being fast. They packed up my looser items into this large moving box and it made me so happy to see that because I was embarrassed by not having perfect boxes. My couch was unfortunately had water damage from my previous storage unit, and when I requested to open the couch up to look at it, they obliged.

I had Jonathan, Alejandro, and Enrique for my move-in, and they were fantastic! They were efficient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. As someone who is new to the area, they made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and easy. They also went above and beyond when they noticed that some of my belongings had been packed poorly (they weren't the ones who packed them—they only handled the delivery).

We hired 150 movers for our recent move I don’t know where to start from ! From the day we called them for getting a quote until the move in date everything went by so easy and smooth ! We dint have to worry about anything The person on the phone was really very informative and had a great attitude ! Our movers were quick , professional and handled everything with care !!
