Let's start with the quote first of all it was a phone quote they gave a quote of 1900 on the day of the move they wanted 7000 dollars for less than a 1/4 of the truck they promised from the beginning that my stuff would never leave the truck until it arrived but that wasn't the case it was thrown in a storage unit needless to say we had broken item and missing items received someone else's boxes because they don't live up to their end of the contract they are brokers no matter what they proclaim they quoted a low…

The gave me a price to move 300 miles and got my deposit $845. Then the date of moving had to be rescheduled and I sent the request to the email address where the bill of laden came from. Two days later a lady called and said $200 fee to reschedule because less than 5 days notice. That call was July 1st and the moving date was July 7th. They can't count days and don't reply to emails. They want to do video and raise the price they agreed to even more. Now I'm trying to get my deposit back through the bank and BBB.
DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They lied, broke several federal laws, overcharged us, and offered us $75 for damages over $7,000. We have moved across state and the country a dozen times and have never had an experience this bad. To make matters worse, the company made no attempt to make any of it right. I contracted with 24/7 Logistic Services for an interstate household move. The sales representative quoted a total price of $1,960.01 and assured me that the price was locked in and would not change.
We are sorry that your move did not go as expected, but many of the statements in your review are simply not accurate. We did not break any laws and remain fully compliant with interstate moving regulations.
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I received a call from George regarding a move from Columbia to Gainesville. We did an estimate over the phone, he told me this was a BEAUTIFUL route, and he told me I could reach out to him throughout the entire process. He quoted me around $2400, which was comparable to Pods. I agreed and paid a deposit with my father. This was the last time George would reach out to me. One thing about this company is: George is a LIAR…I will explain further.
Don’t hire this company they failed to deliver on what they promised. Hired this company because they said they had climate controlled trucks for moving very expensive paintings but then didn’t show up with a climate controlled truck for pick up nor for the drop off. None of the paintings I had were able to be shipped. They charged us more money than it’s worth and kept adding to the bill for no reason.
We take our reputation and our customers’ experiences very seriously. However, after conducting a full review of our dispatch logs, contracts, and customer records, we cannot locate any move associated with this reviewer or the situation described.
My wife posted a review of this moving company and they are saying they never advertised climate controlled moving trucks. This is a lie, I spoke to two different people who both said you had climate controlled trucks and that is the ONLY reason we hired this company for our moving. You failed to deliver a climate controlled truck for pickup or drop off and charged us a ridiculous amount of money…. The expensive paintings we needed shipped were not able to be shipped, and a lot of our boxes arrived broken.
Hello, Your experience does not seem to reflect the standard we expect for each and every one of our moves. That being said, we have tried to reach out to you numerous times, and have left messages stating our inclination to help you resolve this matter.
Unreliable and dishonest. We followed every instruction they asked and gave multiple notices of our dates and they were unhelpful and overcharged us in the end. They take cash only or zelle - which should have been our first red flag. Find someone you can trust and do not patron this business. My family is in the logistics business and we should have known better. Never again! AVOID AT ALL COST!
This company extorted me for over $9k in cash or they wouldnt release my houshold Items. Thats after I paid over $20for the move itself. Then they dropped my stuff off on the side of the road in the rain and I had to rent Uhauls to take my own stuff up to my house, which they said they would not drive to because its on a dirt road. One of the worst experiences ever.

This is the second time I’ve used 24/7 Logistics. They handled my first move two years ago, and after such a great experience, I chose them again for my recent move and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Both the driver and his assistant were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire process. They constantly checked with me about where I wanted items placed and made sure everything was handled exactly as I requested. Their care and attention to detail were truly appreciated.
