The worst moving experience ever. Do not hire. Reviews must be fake. We move every 2-5 years and have never had such a bad experience. We moved our apartment to storage and were very clear with Nick about our needs. He sent two inexperienced movers that were clearly subcontractors with no knowledge or accountability for anything we discussed previously with Nick. They showed up with half a roll of plastic wrap for an entire apartment. They brought no boxes, platic wrap, blankets, nor enough tape.
I talked with a representative from customer service. I was just asking about the deposit and told her that I need to think about it and would call them back when I make my decision. She very rudely told me that “why do you wanna think and call us back? Why do you wanna waste your time? Nobody in America works for free for you.” And she hung up!!!!!!!! I think the company should investigate more before hiring their people!
This business has someone answering the phone that lacks basic phone and etiquette skills. They could be great, one would never know unless you're about to somehow get a proper representative on the phone. I won't leave my move to chance.
I didn't even get a chance to talk to somebody and I got BOMBARDED by three phone calls in a row and two text messages.

This company is first class! I work for a large international company and we needed delicate, and very heavy, lab equipment hand-moved into a facility. Although this is not their typical job, The Moving Company completed it with the highest level of professionalism, punctuality, and efficiency. Our team on the ground and the customer were both impressed with their work. The sales manager, Nick, is an excellent communicator. He promptly replied to emails, calls, and text. I just had the easiest move of my entire life with The Moving Company! Even before I booked, their customer service was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, which made me feel confident about my choice. I actually chose them over other companies that were cheaper because the experience before booking was already so positive, and I’m so glad I did. On moving day, the crew was communicative, on time, polite, and respectful of my space. They worked quickly and carefully, and everything arrived exactly as it left.

Alex and Kenny were AWESOME. We did pods for our move from Michigan to Florida and had them out twice. We were supposed to have everything moved in one day - 2 pods and my storage unit in Orlando but the storage unit in Orlando had a fire the day prior to the move and they graciously allowed us to postpone that a week. So the first day they came to move us out of a 16 ft pod. They carried every box in as if it was carrying a baby, with care but also quickly. These guys were HUSTLING. Not one moment was wasted.
