I had a terrible experience with Moving Championca. During the move, they broke my $4,000 TV, and when I inquired about compensation, they rudely dismissed me saying it's not their problem. This lack of accountability was incredibly frustrating. They also arrived two hours late without any notice or apology. The company's unprofessionalism and poor customer service are unacceptable. I do not recommend using their services.
We are very sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience. We would like to clarify that our team always strives to provide quality service and handle all items with the utmost care.
Worst moving company ever, first they didn’t want it do the job because the said elevator was too small and it was a lot of work, after I begged them they decided to help and stayed, I reserved for 3 hours but it took them 3 hours just to do 1 room, when the 3 hours was up they said they had to leave, I offered to pay them more to finish the job but the left. I paid them in advance, took the day off, rented a truck and now I have no one to finish the job.
Hello Mr.Kenneth, I'm sorry for what happened. But our movers sent us information from the moment they arrived, and all the furniture was in bad condition and some were broken. We do not do packing, those boxes that are there were not taken down by our helpers, much less left like that.
I booked them through U-Haul and they gave me a quote to do the full move instead of just the unloading labor. After they gave me the quote and I began to cancel the UHaul, they were completely unresponsive. I had to book with a different moving company on short notice. I definitely won't be booking with them again. Exit: Since they are claiming they have no record of my booking, I’m attaching screenshots of texts with the number listed on their site where they apologize for not responding.

We moved from Doral to Tampa. We asked several times to come to see how much stuff we had. They never did. Of cause they were not able to fit everything in their truck. Next day they came with a large truck but again were not able to load everything. It has been more than a month but it is not clear when and if they bring that remaining stuff to us. The price of moving was very reasonable though and the guys worked hard. I would change the rating if we will ever get our stuff back

Terrible customer service!!! Do NOT Recommend this company. We booked for them to come the next day at 9am. The morning of i called (915am) to see what their ETA was. They canceled our 9am and said they can only come Thursday (2 days later). Terrible customer service.

The movers were 45 minutes late and on their phones the whole time. They also damaged a bunch of our items. They wedged our Tv in the wheel well of the Uhaul and it cracked. We wrapped this tv really well and have moved it before with no problems.

Hands down the best moving company! I cannot say enough great things about Moving Champion. I called around 10:30 AM in a panic after my original movers canceled the same day, and Moving Champion was able to step in and save the day. They got movers out to me that very same day, which was such a relief. Alex and Klismant were absolutely OUTSTANDING! They were punctual, professional, and incredibly positive the entire time.

Wow!!! 10/10. Easy to work with! Moving is normally a nightmare experience, so it’s wise to set expectations low. LoL. Hector and Juan were great guys that made you feel like they were moving their own personal stuff. They were careful, padded and strapped things correctly. I had them move mostly large, expensive pieces of furniture and heavy, large boxes. Finally found a great company that charges a fair price!!! Highly recommend 😎
