I would never recommend this company. I was quoted approximately $1,100 for my move, and by the end of the day I was charged over $2,500, plus an additional $195 payment that I was told had to be made before the remainder of my belongings would be unloaded from the truck. Threatened to not give me my items without extra payment. The move took approximately 10.5 hours for a standard simple house to house move, and my new home was left in complete disarray.

Yesterday was one of the worst experiences i’ve had with a moving company. This was my first time using their services which was supposed to be packing, dissemble/assemble and moving our things. We chose them because of the quote initially given and the soonest availability. Movers showed with no tools for the machines i mentioned in initial phone call, they were not packing so i had to call to make sure that was included.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a moving company. I feel completely scammed and misled. I was given promises and assurances that were not honored, and once they had my money, the situation changed completely. I was hit with unexpected issues and charges that were not properly explained upfront. The communication was extremely poor, and their customer service was beyond disappointing. I felt like they took advantage of me and left me with no real solution or accountability.

Called and was told I’d get a text regarding info needed to complete my move. All the messages i got were copied and pasted from previous messages with other clients and the names and emails werent even edited. Then they tried to send me more messages when i denied their quote, and those messages were Chat GPT messages that literally still had [Your Business Name Here Prompts] Dont expect personalized service with these folks. I spoke with a woman on the phone an hour ago. I heard strange noises coming through the receiver, as if she were taking public transportation—a very unprofessional approach. She was from abroad. She spoke hurriedly, and I decided against the offer.

I was honestly nervous about moving my antique furniture and family heirlooms because many of the pieces are fragile and irreplaceable. The crew handled everything with incredible care, wrapping each item professionally and making sure nothing was damaged. They didn’t just deliver everything safely—they took the time to place every piece exactly where I wanted it, which made the whole process so much easier. The team was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing.

I had a great experience with this moving company during my move from Miami to West Palm Beach. The crew arrived on time, handled everything with care, and worked efficiently. All of my furniture and boxes arrived in perfect condition. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely use them again soon and highly recommend their service.

The review here is specifically for Jason who worked respectfully and carefully to move all our belongings to our new home. The move entailed household content from a 3rd floor apartment which. Jason and his helper Bueno just kept going and it was so much for just 2 people. The company however underestimated the duration and cost by >50% and in spite of sharing all the specific details ahead of time, estimated 5 hours for 2 people. So initially the price seemed reasonable, however our move took 13 hours.
Thank you for recognizing Jason and Bueno for their hard work, professionalism, and careful handling of your belongings. We are sorry that the move took longer than originally estimated.
I had an amazing experience with this moving team! They sent five movers, worked really fast and handled all of the gym equipment with great care. Honestly, I thought the move would take much longer, but guys finished everything much faster than I expected. Everything was carefully wrapped in moving blankets, and not a single scratch or piece of damage was left on any of the equipment. I’m very grateful for the great service. Highly recommend these guys! 💪🔥 And now, come build those muscles at my new gym!
