Worst moving experience I ever had. First of all the guys had horrible rude behavior. As soon as they arrived parking blocking the driveway then upset when I said they couldn’t stay in the way. They were an hour late. You go through atleast 4 people when you call this place and no one’s on the same page. BEWARE price given is NOT the final price THEY LIED saying final quote then add up charges after only two hours it’s $150 an hour a one bedroom with only a couch and a Matress was $1300 .

**Unacceptable Moving Experience – Predatory and Unaccountable** Using this company was, without question, the worst moving experience I have ever had. Hiring movers is supposed to reduce the stress of relocating and provide peace of mind during an already overwhelming process. Unfortunately, my experience with this company accomplished the exact opposite. I initially contacted the company after seeing a promotional deal for a three-hour move for approximately $300.
We'd like to respond with the facts of this job, because the numbers tell the story. The promotional deal purchased covers 2 movers and a truck for a 3-hour minimum, including travel time — with any additional time billed at the hourly rate published in the deal's own terms.
Be aware They simply did not showed up yet kept the deposit. They gave a written quote then asked for a deposit. After receiving the deposit they followed up with another text with numbers completely different therefore we started to call and text them but no answer... Later one they responded and they passed blame among themselves for giving the wrong numbers. regardless of anything they did not showed up and insist on keeping the 157.00 deposit. Of course Im disputing the charge.

I had a Move booked for May 1st, 9am. I paid deposit. Complete no show. Gave me the run around. Gave me a bunch of excuses. They then said I’ll be first on list May 2nd. Another complete no show. Horrible service. Don’t trust these people. Messed up my whole weekend waiting for a move that never happened

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. 3 guys hired 2 show up. They say they gave us a discount but in the long run it took way longer with 2 guys. They didn’t use one moving blanket to cover anything (TVs l,furniture, glass tables) 600 sq ft apart took 3 hrs to load. Finally when we got to the new townhouse they took forever to do anything. Putting the bed together took over an hr. Meanwhile we helped unload so many boxes. Later we find out that they won’t go any further till we pay them more money.
I chose this company because of their positive reviews and because they were very pleasant and professional before booking. That was a huge mistake. Two movers showed up, and I was told one of them was “new.” Being new does not excuse what happened. I have never experienced such aggressive, hostile behavior from someone inside my own home. This mover was openly confrontational and actually screamed at me in my own house. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. Worse than the attitude was the destruction.

Horrible service. They are scammers that hire outside people with no business etiquette. They move extremely slow and in some cases refused to move. They stand around wasting time so they can get paid by the hour after only 2 hours they claim is a flat rate. Evil money hungry business. God will deal with them. I use this company several times before it was an okay experience use them again in the last 2 months I'm telling you stay away from this company two guys showed up one of them reeked of smelling of pot they were belligerent in my own home …
