The movers broke a piece to my screen door, preventing my door from closing. The owner was not professional, and refused to replace the door. I would not ever recommend this company. Unprofessional owner and movers. The movers are not honest and the owner covers for the movers. In response to the owners response. His movers were told not to prop my screen door open. They asked me to “see the room” in where the items were being delivered.

I booked a moved for this past Wednesday 4/2 and had been in communication with Brian a few weeks prior. The move was scheduled for 12pm and I get a text at 11:15 stating he'd be arriving by 1 due to another job they had in Milford.They didn't show until 1:30 pm claiming that they took a local road as opposed to I-95 which would've been faster. Milford is only 22 minutes from New Haven. When him and his partner arrived no apology or anything for being late and unprofessional whatsoever.

I hired this moving company (Brian and his team) for a job and was extremely disappointed with their service. After I rented the truck, the movers cancelled on me and only showed up the next day, which completely disrupted my schedule. When they finally arrived, one of the two movers was careless—he banged my belongings around and even damaged my wall. On top of that, he didn’t stick to his word on the pricing.

Mixed thoughts on this service. I had to call several times and send multiple texts and Brian finally confirmed a day later that they could come. I needed to move a one bedroom apartment. I was sent two guys for the job. One named Chris was very polite athletic and worked hard. The other never gave me his name, was probably 400lbs and complained the whole time about everything and that this job was going to need more than two hours.
I should have gone with my gut and chosen another company. From the start the communication was not great and there was a lack of professionalism. The two movers were nice but they did not move with any urgency and one of them constantly …

SHEER PERFECTION. As a single female relocating from Waterbury to New Haven I was actually nervous booking movers. Brian's team was absolutely amazing. Arrived on time and immediately put me at ease. The gentleman movers Mike and Jered were easy on the eyes and excellent, efficient , friendly & extra careful on their job. Very , very professional They immediately began mobilizing my one bedroom move and before I knew it I was relocated within 3 hours.
Omg! Where should I start with these phenomenal movers! I used Brian and his brother for a move from CT to DC, and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Fair pricing: They gave me the best quote of three places I tried. I ended up bringing a lot more stuff than I initially suggested in the quote, but they didn't raise the price AT ALL. I think another company would have gladly seized that opportunity to nickel and dime me. They were happy to bring as much as could fit in the truck!
Brian and his team were super professional from the start. Especially with all the scammers out there from moving companies, Brian provided a multi state move in such a reasonable amount that made us feel so happy. Besides the cost, Brian and his team were extremely dilligent, careful, smart about handling the furniture and other items and placing in and out of the home and their vehicle.
I highly recommend 24/7 Moving Company! Brian Aquino and his team did an amazing job with my move from New Haven to Wallingford. They were professional, reliable, efficient, and handled everything with great care. The entire move went smoothly from start to finish, and the team made what can normally be a stressful day feel easy and organized. Brian was great to work with and made sure everything was taken care of.
