I would absolutely not recommend hiring this company. Below is the email I sent them detailing my experience and asking for resolution. To this day I heard nothing from them except the response they sent to this review, none of which is true. I didn't have any POD, I don't have a 8,000 sq ft house (1,000 sq ft is more like it!), I don't have a 3 car garage and they never offered me anything for the terrible work / damage they did.

Just spoke with Jerry who changed the price on me 3 times and twice in one sentence. First quoted at $3,500, then $3575 bec of stairs. By the end of the sentence he added an adjustable bed for another $125 that’s $3,700 but made the quote now $4,000. The math isn’t matching. And he got very rude at the end and said the move is $4,000 and I’m not changing my mind. I questioned him about adding another $300 in one sentence and he got even ruder. That’s not the way to get a customer!!!! The contract kept changing.
Anthony comes off very arrogant and unprofessional. Definitely believe the bad reviews. Have to get my attorney involved. Anthony advised me on what truck to rent. How many guys for him to send out his guys couldn’t do the job. Showed hours late the next day to finish it in which I had to be at my closing. And then sat there fighting with me through text messages acting like I was throwing insults at him lol I’m telling you you’re unprofessional because you are.

Lots of items broken that were 100% preventable. Had they been handled with care and wrapped properly. I was told someone would contact me about it and they did not. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone .. just a bunch of kids who absolutely don't know what they are doing.

Firstly, you conduct your review with grammatical errors. My crew arrived and gave excellent service, but due to the misconduct you provided towards my “staff”, you turned your easy going move into a nightmare from hell.

Koray, George, and Kevin were amazing!! They did such a great job loading up the truck for our move and were super fast and careful with all of our things! Thank you so much for all of the help, we don’t know what we would’ve done without you guys!
A professional and highly effective crew. The guys worked together and nonstop with our Bristol PODS facility unloading (2x 16 ft) and load into our 3 story condo in WH. Solid guys , know their stuff, motivated and honest. We’d recommend Anthony , Rick , Jorge and team !
Unloaded a 16’ container of boxes and furniture. Very polite, professional guys. They had a bit of time left after unloading that they put the legs on the dining room table and set up the bed frame and mattress/boxspring for me. I’m very pleased!
Rick and Victor did a great job packing our POD container. Very efficient with their time and packing skills, no space was left unused. Personable and friendly to talk to. We would definitely hire them again.
