I would be very careful with these movers. They say they do extensive background checks on employees but I doubt it. One of my very expensive items came up missing and I know for a fact that it was them who stole the item. I hate to point …
Hi LeAndra, I Just tried reaching out and hope to hear back regarding your missing LV Tote. We take accusations of theft very seriously and want to make sure that we are doing everything on our end to help.
This was one of the worst moves. They came Thursday to help pack, were there for 6 hours and basically just packed the kitchen and took frames off the walls. The next day was supposed to be the move but with 6 guys they weren’t able to finish until 5pm (8hrs). They didn’t arrive at the new house until 6pm and most stuff was not put in the right room. We then went back to the old house a few days later and there is stuff everywhere.

Insane process to get a quote. I move all the time and usually takes movers about 1-2 hours to pack my stuff, and 1 hour to unload. They wanted me to pay them for 8-9 hours, and even when the destination is less than 1 mile away. I cannot believe they have such good reviews with this practice!

I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with movers! From the very beginning, Einstein Moving Company made the entire process incredibly easy. Their customer service was extremely helpful when I was booking my move, and I really appreciated how straightforward and transparent their pricing was. Everything was clearly explained upfront, there were no hidden fees or surprise charges, and they stayed communicative with me throughout the entire process, right up until moving day.
Just moved from Houston to Austin with the help of Gerardo and Armando, and it was an amazing experience. They were so fast, professional, helpful, and kind, and they made a daunting task super smooth and painless. Plus it was cheaper than the quote. Would 100% recommend!
The movers were amazing. Very polite and courteous. They made our moving process much easier !!!!! They took pride in their job, wrapping the furniture, boxes, and even took the large furniture apart/reassembled them. Great team and highly recommended 🤩
