Would NOT recommend. Me my dad and brother would’ve done a better job at moving my things! This is sad for a professional moving company. My dresser was damage by the movers, they brought it to my attention and then lied about it. These dresser cuts wasn’t there the night before when I wrapped it. they left items in my apartment, left my door open, left with my items and didn’t tell me they were done and on top of that to start it off I was schedule to move 9-10am.

I called to merely get a quote and the rep was very rude and almost rushing me off of the phone. He kept over talking me and disregarding my specific situation questions. If the customer rep is like this, I can imagine the service I would get if I hired them.
The sales person recommended 5 movers for the move (2200 sq fr hone), figured sure why not it will help the process go faster. Well that wasn’t the case. The furniture was literally thrown on top of each other, bed weren’t put together, pillows from sofa were thrown over couch, chairs in media room were taken apart and literally thrown however in the room disassembled, and washer and dryer were not hooked up.

I recently was looking to move my apartment to a storage place. I originally wanted to use the company I used before, but I totally forgot their name and I couldn’t find it in my emails. Naturally, I looked on google to look for local movers. I came across Pin Point Movers and requested a quote. They immediately called me, and sent me a quote via email. It was average pricing at $95 an hour, 2 hour minimum with a $60 travel fee. They called twice that week to see if I wanted to move forward, so I agreed.

Hired these guys twice willing to give them a second chance. First time they chipped the corner of my wall and damaged the corners of my side table. Second time today they damaged my TV stand significantly. Not to mention the movers are literally shorter than myself and I'm 5.3". Scrawny little fellas. Next move I will not be hiring them to move my things. Clumsy and careless movers.

Horrible moving company charged my card and took all of my money to not even move me . They were very nonchalant and did not care or assist after their “system” charged me . The “supervisor” got on the phone and would not even let me speak . So horrible I would not recommend. A bunch of thieves. As you can see they only reply to people that sugar coat their work . $12,000 from Houston to California for items less than a 1bedroom worth of stuff. That’s ridiculous, they should remove state to state movers from their google profile if they’re not equipped for such jobs and just stick to local jobs.
Hi Nicola, We hear ya, I know it must be frustrating trying to call around to find a good price for state-to-state moving. While moving costs are influenced by multiple factors, the out-of-state distance is a primary driver. The one bedroom apartment is not expensive to move, it’s the distance!
