They damaged a lot of furniture, items were missing, damaged door frames. Denied my claim. They were extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Overcharged me on a truck, two sizes too big.

I would not recommend this moving company based on my experience. What started as a simple move turned into a very unprofessional and frustrating situation. This was my 3rd time using them over the years, but I will never patronize them again. The movers got into an argument in front of me. One of them was injured while bringing my headboard down the stairs and was smashed and trapped against the wall by the other movers. After that, the pace of the move slowed significantly and took much longer than expected.
Very disappointed that they broke the mirror from my dining room table. Of course the table is no longer in stock so now I have to get the mirror custom cut because I’m past the 30 day claim window. If 2 of the movers had not been on their phones leaving one person to break down and move a table with mirror inserts they wouldn’t have broken my furniture. Also couldn’t take down an L-shaped desk. Like seriously, why was this an issue??? Will never use them again. Very disappointed to say the least.
They damaged four pieces of our furniture and even scratched our wood flooring while moving items. Despite all boxes being fully packed and ready, it took them 8 hours to move a 2,500 sq ft home, which was unreasonably slow. During installation, they claimed they had forgotten the bed hardware at our old house and therefore could not assemble the bed frame.

I will not use these movers again and anyone considering them should think twice. I was charged an extra $450 due to how they packed the truck and multiple trips. I tried multiple times to work with Marcos in resolution to no avail. The movers themselves were nice and worked the complete time. Outside of the $450 that I had to pay for extra drive time i have no issue. I would have given $100 in tip to each mover so I spent an extra $150 that wasn't planned. This had the potential to be a great move experience.
Horrible experience I have ever had I specifically asked the mover to move my bed and they put the box spring on the side of the trash and brought the mattress! They also left 5 boxes of items in the other apartment yet was charged over 400 in total for the move where now I have to find a way to move these items while pregnant. No one got back to me after I mentioned what happened. Completely and thoroughly disgusted and irritated by this company.

The mover made my transition easy from start to end. They provided a quick and accurate quote. I hired a team of six movers and two trucks who showed up promptly and were able to pack up my entire four bedroom house in roughly 2 1/2 hours. They were respectful and very careful not to damage anything. I would recommend them highly.
