In their own words
Horrendous company (which is an unfortunate common experience based on the reviews I just saw). Didn't follow the written instructions on items located in the prior house on what to move and what not to move. They took everything, even items that were heading for the dump. We noticed immediately that certain art frames and furniture items were scuffed up and scratched.
Alvaro and his crew, where more then disappointing, at first very professional, then just went down hill with this company, damaged furniture, trying to overcharge on time. Be sure to keep a stopwatch on the time. They where very upset when there manager found out I was keeping a stopwatch of the times. Very upset in Spanish. Shows you the true ethics of this company when they tried to overcharge me but found out the hard way when I was keeping track of the time.
Extremely rude & unprofessional business. Blocked in the cars of my neighbors. Didn’t want to help members of our community move past their moving truck. Talked extremely disrespectfully to my family member thats a senior citizen. I am sure this team would not have had that same energy if I were a male. Extremely combative team. So unfortunate.
This place is pitiful. They wanted to charge $250 on top of a $345 base rate just to get a rolling cabinet into the truck. On top of that, they don’t answer the phone at all. Called 6 times and they didn’t pick up a single one. They claim inclusive rates, but that’s untrue. 3 Men Movers is the better option in Houston. Don’t waste your time.
We used this company twice before. The first time we used them, it overall went well but the second time we used them, it was awful. While they did arrive within their window and informed us of their arrival (and overall were nice to us), …
Prior to the movers arrival, each and every box was labeled with "take" or a big "fragile, DO NOT take". Movers took everything, even the do not take items. Multiple items were damaged, yet the worst part is that half of my clothes are …
I’ve shared once. My review was removed as were my pictures. It was the worst move I’ve ever gone through. Things were no protected when boxed up. My lamps were thrown in boxes with no protection at all. 4 “lamps were broken. All lamp …

In their own words
Extremely professional crew led by Michael. Showed up on time and efficiently moved our belongings out of our storage unit and into our apartment. His crew moved diligently and made sure everything was moved safely and cautiously. Would call him again and recommend to friends.
Thank you, Ruben! We always aim to be professional & efficient! Many many thanks to you! Please keep us in mind for your next move!
Kevin and his team did a phenomenal job. They took great care of all of our items throughout the duration of the moving process and even communicated to us any prior scratches or damages to make sure we were aware they did not cause the damage. Don’t have enough good things to say about this crew. Definitely recommend these guys for any cross town moves in the Houston area. Super efficient and whole process was done in about 3 hours.
Kevin & team appreciate you! Our sincere gratitude to you for your wonderful words! Please reach out whenever you're ready for your next move!
Michael and his team of movers saved the day. We booked a same day service with them and they arrived within hours. They were careful, diligent, and strategic in the way they packed and transferred all of our belongings. We were very …
Michael & team are amazing! We are always here for you for you're ready for your next move, Camila!
Miguel and his crew of guys were amazing. They were super friendly, super efficient, and had no problems helping move into my new house that didn’t have any electrical yet in this summer Houston heat. The price was also very competitive, I think actually cheaper than the other competitors I looked at. Definitely go with H-Town Movers if you’re looking for moving companies!
Miguel & team are ever so grateful for your kind words! Our entire team extend much gratitude to you! H-town Movers Houston is always ready to assist you with your next move!
