I hired 4 Seasons Moves for a move on June 4, 2024, and while the service itself was good, my experience was marred by poor communication and a questionable pricing policy. Initially, we agreed on 4 men for 7 hours at $195 per hour, plus a $75 transportation fee. On the moving day, only 3 men showed up, and I was informed at the last minute that this was the new plan, without any prior communication. Despite my concerns, I had no choice but to proceed under these conditions.

Never use them i had scheduled a moved and he confirmed my move and didn’t ask me any questions. He told be he be there between 12 and 2pm then i had to call him and he told me that he didn’t leave Allen till 2:30 and showed up at 4:30 he had an attitude due to he had a long job in Allen and had to come to me. He then got smart and said he can just gave me 100 dollars and i can do the job myself. Which i am 6 months pregnant.
Thank you for your review Jalexus. Yes, we left your appartement without doing the move. This is because when you called to make a reservation you told me it was a 2 bedroom appartement located on the second floor, you also said that you had disassembled the beds, which was correct.
And response to Jalexus Taylor’s review you never asked me how heavy the furniture was for one prior to booking and as soon as you walked in the door and seen the only 10 items that I left in the apartment after we moved everything else out all day, you were talking that you came all the way from Allen and that you can just pay me $100 to move the stuff myself You then say you were too old to do this so therefore you didn’t wanna do your job so you don’t need to have a moving company if you don’t wanna move things…

Mo and his team were fantastic. They were polite, on time, fast, and careful with the items. Overall, a great experience for a good price. Mo and his team were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked very quickly, and were very polite. A fixed price can be negotiated if needed. They speak French!
My husband and I called 4 Season Moves for help moving a very heavy treadmill from our upstairs to our downstairs. Mohand was quick to respond, incredibly communicative and asked for a fair price for the job. When they arrived, it required some disassembly and reassembly to move, and they helped us complete the move and reassemble the pieces. Will definitely call them again for future moving needs.

Mo and his team are FANTASTIC. I say this in all honesty, I have used their services TWICE to move a 3000sq/ft home in southern DFW. His team was smart, professional, and friendly. They work very quickly, but also take GREAT care into not damaging any items. Everything is handled with care and furniture properly protected. The care and attention that they provide is unmatched. I have moved 8 times and once overseas. I can say without question, that the service you receive is well worth what you pay.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Extremely professional, well priced and efficient. They over-estimated the move time and were able to get it done much quicker, moving expensive furniture and heavy equipment like in-home gym and a peloton treadmill. They moved everything down the stairs in a safe way, and didn’t scratch the walls or doorways. The team brought all the necessary tools to ensure my belongings were safe, from packing wrap, blankets, dollys, etc.
