I had a horrible experience all over $75! The first initial contact was good, they got me loaded quickly and professionally and they were on time. It went down hill from there, I had to wait 30 minutes for them to show up at the next location for unload. I don’t know when they went, just disappeared but I was still “on the clock”.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I has a moving services on 5/24/2020. First of all, the team came at 8:30 am. The scheduled time was 9:00 am. I was not ready (was actually in the shower at that time and was not able to come downstairs right way). We started to move around 9:00am. However, I was charged from 8:30. Second, during the moving I get off my apartment to throw out the trash and found one of the bags with my clothes was laying in the hallway with no one around.
Big letdown from the first move experience. Team showed up 45 minutes late, and have too Many people firing questions at you at once intern of where your items go so Most boxes ended up in garage instead of the house. I get that they need to be efficient but is has take us two days to sort out all of the boxed.
Your experience may vary. We used them to move a little over a month ago, and want to give advice to anyone with heavier items or solid furniture. Find someone else. The crew works hard to get everything packed and moved, nice guys, but there are a ton of scratches on the hardwood floor of our new home and chipped edges on our heavier pieces of furniture. They mostly used a super thin piece of fabric to roll dollies on. If you have a safe, I beg you to find someone else.

I searched on the BB site for a moving company that had good reviews and was glad that I chose Old World Movers. They were right on time on moving day and the movers were polite and respectful. They were high energy and I felt like they made efficient use of the time. They were careful with my belongings. Moving was super stressful for me but the attitude of the moves put me at ease. I give them 5 stars! Thank you to Teresa who took my request and I recommend them to anyone.
I want to start out with Matt, who I spoke with over the phone. He was helpful and responsive, and he got a quote back to me quickly. He also was knowledgeable about moving and brought up things that I hadn't remembered to do. He was an excellent first interaction with the company. Chris Bibbs and Tyler were my movers, and they did a fantastic job. They wrapped everything to protect it, and they did not do any damage to my furniture, things, or apartment.

I needed to move a solid wood dresser from my apartment unit into my car and they gave me a fair price and were very punctual and professional! i would definitely recommend for any of your moving needs
