Scam company, hires non English speaking Russian workers who don't understand basic instructions, managers have no clue what's happening, I'm given contact information for dispatchers who don't work there who also can't speak English. Packers were teenagers and LITERALLY packed all my work stuff FIRST. Even though it was the FIRST thing I instructed NOT TO PACK. Then like fools tried to tell me "they didn't do it" as if I packed the truck myself. Sure enough upon unpacking, first boxes loaded.
The movers came on time it was a very horrible experience where I was moving out the elevator was taking a very long time. My 75 inch TV is broken because of the movers I bought a box from U-Haul to pack my TV and it still got damaged. I will never use these people again. They overcharged me and the prices that they have listed on their website. It’s all wrong.
Scam ‼️ I Had To Reschedule A Few Times, But That’s Not Neither Here Or There. They Told Me That They Help With Packing Up Items In The Home Because It’s Has Been Hard As A Single Mother And When They Got Here They Said It Wasn’t Included Even Though It Say It Was On A Recorded Line. They Said I Would Be Charged $200 Per Hour And That The Movers Can Only Be There For Up To 3 Hours, The Movers Came And Charged Me Almost $700 Because The Charged Me For 3 Hours Total Even Though They Were Here For 1 Hour.
This review is in addition to my original review written 5 months ago about this company's terrible service. After 5 months, the company recently reached out offering me $300 to remove my review without actually offering any compensation for not honoring the original contract that was signed, which stated that they would pack and move my house. Leaving a good amount of items behind, requiring me to move the remaining items myself after charging me over $2000 for the move.

Only mover that was able to hoist my refrigerator up through balcony! Great service, arrived exactly on time, and professional crew got it done! Dauren, Erdem, and Baha made quick work of protecting my appliance, hoisting it up 13' by hand, and placing it in kitchen. Absolutely impressed with this service and 10/10 would recommend!
Alen went above and beyond with helping me move. He was very professional and informative! He (and his partner) got all my items from my storage to my apartment (3rd floor) safely and quickly. He had great communication skills and teamwork with his partner. Thank you Alen for working so hard and efficient!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had extremely large and very heavy display cases delivered to my store — each one weighing well over 300–400 pounds. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The gentlemen were professional, careful, and handled everything A to Z. They wrapped and protected each piece, delivered everything safely, unwrapped the cases, and set them up exactly where needed. They were very caring and gentle with my items despite the size and weight, which really impressed me.
This was going to be a commercial move with lots of heavy machinery as well as some antique furniture. The crew that Oscar sent me , with Martin as the lead supervisor, Were absolute extraordinary! I would never do a move without them, the professionalism and the absolute care for each item as well as any concerns that I may have had were handled with the amount of care that you would have with a family member! I had a friend here that was helping me and she will also be using them in the near future!
