Zero stars if I could. My move was scheduled for Sunday, and 10 minutes before the appointment, the movers called to say their truck had broken down. I confirmed that U-Haul had trucks available and offered that as a backup plan — they agreed, then never called back and completely stopped answering. This made it impossible to find a mover on the same day. I’ve had to extend my lease, rearrange my schedule, and deal with all of this while starting a new job.
At 5 Star Movers Sarasota, we take full responsibility when things fall short of expectations and deeply regret any inconvenience caused, we’re committed to restoring trust in the moving industry by making it right.
I filled out a request for a quote on this website and was sent a follow up email from Flat Fee Movers, who have horrible reviews. Why am I being contacted by a different company after putting in a request on your page? This feels shady or to draw attention away from the horrible reviews of the real company. Or maybe they were bought out by that poor company. No longer interested and I don’t trust them.

I would definitely give this moving company 10 stars if I could!!! Excellent Moving Company! From the proprietors to the office personnel, everyone was really competent and quite pleasant. The moving crew that arrived was amazing! They were professional, courteous, and appeared to work well together to provide a quick, efficient, and professional relocation! These people had a good idea of what they were doing. They even arrived earlier than expected, and the move was completed on time and on budget!!
