Absolutely disappointed. Stay away! First, the driver missed the exit and arrived 30 minutes late. Then, the office had confused our job with a different one that involved fewer items and a smaller storage unit. When the movers arrived, there were only two people instead of three necessary for the job. The two movers then told us that they couldn't get a third person, but if we "paid them an additional 50% tip (about $300), they would finish the job in 90 minutes with just the two of them"—which we declined and…

If I could give them a zero I would. They were incredibly unprofessional - twice! I used them first time when I was getting divorced and gave them a pass as the situation was less than stellar. Things were broken, badly packed and the driver was incredibly rude and intimidating. I recommended this company to my boyfriend who was moving across state since I also use this company for storage and shipping of furniture for my business, which is interior design. They did an acceptable job on the business side.

This company is despicable! We stored all our furniture for over a year only to receive it back full of MOLD! Our new 8 piece sectional covered in mold! Our mattresses and most of our furniture had mold as well ! The movers saw the mold and photoed it ! I couldn’t accept our sectional and many pieces as it’s a health hazard! The owner of the company refused to take any responsibility for this mess! He turned it over to some unreliable insurance company ! We waited 2 months to get an offer of $400!!!

Not a good experience. Guys were slow, took 3 of them to put together a queen size bed frame and the older guy kept telling the 2 younger boys to hurry up because they are costing the client money. Not a good look at all.

Hey Everyone! So let me tell you about my entire experience with 845 move now. Starting with my phone call and speaking with a lovely young lady by the name of cici. Who helped me out every step of the way Now! lets get on to my Movers. Well I am sure that you have herd of SUPERMAN. Well Jason and his crew were amazing form collecting everything from storage then making a stop to drop of and pick up. The unload at my new apartment in under 5hours. This company is super fast.

Just used this company today. 8-9 AM. They came right in at 7:50 AM, called me first to see if I had a problem with them coming early. Rich, Austin, and Chris came right in, and moved me out. They wrapped everything safe and tight, and made it to my moving destination an hour away with ease. Basically 10 to 15 mins after I arrived, they drove the truck about 50 miles through traffic and were finished in no time. They asked me how I wanted things done, and it was like having a moving counselor with me.
