They moved my belongings and left everything scattered and disorganized. Throughout the process, they repeatedly asked about tips. I initially sent a tip through Cash App, then switched to cash as requested, but they never refunded the first payment. In the end, they took my money and still didn’t finish the job. I called Gabriel several times, and when he finally answered, he promised to come back but he never showed up and never returned my money. Terrible experience. I do not recommend this company at all.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I definitely do not recommend. Not sure how it took them 6 hours to move a one bedroom apartment when one review says it took them 3.5 hours to move a 4 bedroom. BEWARE IF YOURE A SINGLE FEMALE! My new place is less than 5 miles away and included an elevator in which they broke. I only saw one out of the three guys moving my items the entire time. Maybe if I wasn’t so courteous they would’ve picked up the pace!

Update January 2026 used these movers for the 4th time, my sofa wasn’t wrapped properly and I saw the stain happen immediately when the men were moving my sofa is started off black and I dampened a cloth to wipe it off and it’s smeared blue and ruined my sofa. I emailed over a week ago and no reply. When I text the number to express the damage I was told they have a “month” to reply to me. These movies were efficient and professional.

Bad service. They were on personal calls, smoking, taking breaks, and it wasn't even a 2-hour job just to move the living room and one bed. Three guys and I'm never going to use this company again. Three men killing time, on their cell phones, making personal calls, smoking intermittently, taking breaks. The job was supposed to be for 2 hours, and they were talking badly about each other, and I had to keep an eye on them. I'm never using this company again.

I don’t recommend if you are a single female ! They take advantage and purposely take their time. I paid for 3 guys only 1 guy moved stuff. If you go with this company which I don’t recommend make sure you have a man with you !!!

Absolutely amazing service. Great price too! These men came in, got straight to work, asked questions if they weren't sure about something. 911 Houston Movers send out Miguel (Tiger Crew) they arrive within the arrival window given. Miguel made contact with me at door and had me sign the paperwork for the move and advised me that the Moving time will now begin. The moving crew was very professional and proficient at wrapping the furniture with the securing wrap and moving blankets. They were continuously working and moving all the items to the moving truck that were to be moved to our new residence.
