To the management of the EL Paso facility. I so wanted to give your team a good review but I can't. The movers did an good job being safe and careful with my belongings but ALOT of stuff never made it to the final destination. Not only that I had several different tactical items come up missing. The boxes were there just the items were taken out and I received empty boxes. They lost a dresser a the whole thing with my daughters clothes in it.

Terrible experience. The movers and driver smelt and stunk up our house and things like Marjauna. Marked and falsified damage during inventory. Was rude and unprofessional when my family had questions or preferences of how our belongings should be packed to kept in good condition. When our shipment made it to our destination, there are so many broken/damaged and missing items. Advise strongly never to use and DPS to exclude as a TSP.

My husband and I have moved over 20 times in 42 years of marriage and this was worse than all of them combined! After contracting with A-1 Freeman Moving, we put a contract on a house in Oregon with a closing date of November 3, 2021. I promptly called Mr. Brinkley, our sales rep and asked if we could moved the unload date which started Nov. 3 to Nov. 4th. We could not take possession of our new house until 5 pm on Nov 3rd and were afraid the truck would arrive on that date. Mr.

If i could give this place a 0 rating i would! I placed an order from ikea 7/26, it was supposed to be delivered to me 8/31 btw 9am-9pm. Order never arrived, however it was labeled “delivered” on ikea web page that same day. I call and ask why my order was labeled “delivered” if i still had not gotten it, and they told me that my order was “attempted” to be delivered, but that i “refused” to get it.

Package was due to be delivered on 22 Jun, ordered in First week of May. No call, I called them on 24 Jun they said guaranteed delivery on Saturday 27 June. I called on 26 June, delivery confirmation was that the package would not be delivered on 27 June as promised by Becky via voicemail. No forecasted delivery date. Horrible customer service. Even erroneously reported that the items arrived on the 22nd, but I had already confirmed with the company that they arrived on the 19th.

I worked with Allied to setup a cross country move. Allied scheduled this company for a quote at 4p at my house. I didn’t receive any communication and no one showed up for my appointment. I would have been happy to reschedule if there was a conflict but no call. Response: Just because I’m unavailable to answer a call doesn’t warrant a cancellation. I understand her saying she experiences cancellations when people don’t answer but their actions are not my responsibility.

They received my order from IKEA on Wednesday, called me to schedule delivery on Thursday. I then call them back on Friday and leave a message. Monday morning I call them to try and schedule delivery but am told that she doesn't know when they can deliver but will call me back sometime at the beginning of the week. It is the beginning of the week, it's Monday. I'll be calling IKEA after this.

Absolutely awful moving agent. They botched our move-out/pack. I'm now sitting in WA waiting for a shipment from TX which has not left TX despite 6 weeks to arrange transportation. They "cannot find" a driver and have no update on when my shipment will depart. They have offered zero solutions and do not seem to care. DO NOT USE A-1 Freeman.
