I WOULD NOT USE NORTH AMERICAN...THEY MIGHT LEAVE YOU SCRAMBLING FOR ANOTHER MOVER THE DAY OF YOUR MOVE!!! When I called around for quotes, I would only deal with companies that would send a salesperson to my home to assess what I needed to be moved. I was afraid that if I did it via Video or phone call, I would end up with surprise charges. Little did I know there were worse things than surprise charges! The salesperson who came to my home was Todd (I'm located in Dallas, TX).
Thank you for sharing your experience. We certainly understand how stressful moving can be, especially when unexpected issues arise on moving day. However, we would like to respectfully clarify that our company does not have a salesperson in the Dallas market named Todd.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Chris and James are an amazing TEAM!! Little Bro and Bubba rounded out the fantastic team of 4 for our move! They were super kind and helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for a better team!! A-1 is very lucky to have Chris and James on the packing and shipping side of their company. We would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone moving internationally. They really put my wife (T) at ease with their knowledge and expertise. Thank you all so very much!
Thank you, Joni! We're so glad to hear that Chris, James, Little Bro, and Bubba made your move a positive experience. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we're grateful for your kind words about the team's expertise and support.
Our driver, Bernie and his team were excellent. They took the utmost care in loading our items with absolute engineering precision. They loaded our 3400 ft.² home into their truck in about six hours and delivered everything into a storage unit in about four hours making sure to use every inch of available space. Both loading and unloading or stress-free and I would recommend them to anyone, especially doing a long haul move.
Thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear that Bernie and his team provided such an excellent experience. Their attention to detail and care when loading and unloading are exactly the qualities we strive for, and it’s great to know they made the entire process smooth…
James and Steve were amazing! They showed up exactly when they said they would and did everything I asked them to do! Everything went smoothly and set up just like I wanted it to be.
