Please don't go with service provider.I have very bad experiences ,based on there online review rating i have opted to transport my car with A-AAA Auto. Car was delayed by very rude driver who did not like, time i was taking to check my car.Movement i drove my car i realize the heat shield broken during transport. When i claimed A-AAA asked me talk to carrier company which denied the claim.No point in paying higher rate A-AAA there are many companies which offer 200$ less.
Horrible experience overall. SC to CA transport. The reason I gave one star is because the car did arrive in one piece, although alignment screwed up and rims scratched up. Pickup June 15/2016: No heads up. Driver (USCARS transport) called at 6pm stating he would arrive by 10pm...Long story short, he arrived at 1 AM on a weeknight and wanted to meet in some random parking lot. One barely spoke english and started marking off non-existent "dents" and scratches.
There is a reason I gave a 1 star (or 1/10 score) review, true story: I had my car transported a long distance, prepaid about $200, and when picking up the vehicle, paid the rest of $900 in CASH to the truck driver. A few days later the company called me in the morning, stating that the 'check' failed processing and bounced back. And requiring me to pay $900 right now by giving them my card info.
I placed an order on 5/8/20 to have my car transported from CT to FL by 6/1/20 as I was relocating. The initial order stated my car would be picked up by 5/26/20 then was updated to 5/28/20. This wasn't an issue as it still fell into the 5 day window they needed for transport. I paid $795 in full on 5/12/20. Unbeknownst to me, A-AAA does not do the actual transporting but out-sources to transportation services. No biggie... however in this case it is a biggie.
Where do I start... was told to get a cashiers check or cash or money order to pay the 3rd party transport driver(Watkins power washing) was told after I was 2/3 to my destination I would have to pay cash and an little bit extra... then the driver wanted me to meet between 4-5 pm after I left specific instructions I would be there after 5pm.. I called the driver at 4:30 pm no answer didn't get a call back until after 6 pm dark...he wanted to meet in the back of a business...
A-AAA had my car picked up by Horizon Transport in Oklahoma and delivered to NC. It left with small scratches on the BOL and arrived with a door dent and bumper scratch. The driver was told and said it would be noted on the BOL. We signed and when asked for a copy he said he did not have one for us but to call the company and they will take care of it. Upon speaking to Anna she told me" I wish there was a way to determine that it was done by the driver but unfortunately we don't have any way to confirm that".
This company used a local dealer called Locha LLC USDOT 3214479 for an out of state transport and they were of poor quality and very unprofessional. This local dealer damaged my car, hit a deer and got blood on my car and A-AAA AUTO TRANSPORT and this company did nothing to repair the damages when I reached to them several times. Do not use this company, they will just take your money and treat you poorly.
Shipment was delayed by 2 weeks after the date they committed. My vehicle was damaged during the transportation and they didn't help me with it saying it is the carriers responsibility to repair it and the carrier was even more horrible. Very bad service and very irresponsible behavior. Never believe them when they say your vehicle is fully covered.

I was nervous about having my car shipped across the country, and am so happy that I chose A-AAA. They were terrific and I would definitely use them again. Spoke with Ross initially to set up shipment and then Anna when getting the delivery coordinated. They were both excellent with communication and professionalism. They kept me updated on the location of my car each step of the way. They were flexible in the timeframe for getting my car picked up, were on time with the pick up and the delivery.
Hassle free, on time, fair price, professional and careful handling of my vehicle. What else is there?
We had a great experience with A-AAA Auto Transport. They picked up our cars, delivered them promptly and did not damage our vehicles during the process which are the most important things. The staff at A-AAA called numerous times to make sure that everything was going according to plan and that we were being communicated with as far as the drivers contacting us. Customer service was exceptional and many follow up calls were delivered as well.
I'm very grateful I decided to choose this company. This was my first time doing something of this magnitude. I ve must reschedule serval time due death in the family, my wife sister was hospitalized due to seizures. Needless to say money coming and going. But this staff was very understanding standing (Maria) from dispatch along with others, kept my spirit high saying "no worries sir when your ready we will be ready to service you", and that made life a little better knowing that they had my back.
