Avoid this company at all costs. I shopped around and despite the higher estimate, chose RT over the other two companies I received quotes from because I saw their reviews. Unfortunately, the reviews are misleading since their team leaders ask for them once the move is complete, and once they have their review they reach out the following day to charge significantly more than what they quote you, relying on the fact that most people don’t know that you can edit a review.

BUYER BEWARE: Horrible experiance, movers scuffed up my homes walls and damaged my furniture and when I reached out for help after the move I was redirected to a 3rd party who gave me the run around. Also just for insurance purposes I was informed that one of the crew who they brought with them did not work for the company, I was told this at the end of my move and it was deeply concerning.
Hamilton and his crew were on time, very friendly, respectful and professional. However would never use them again, they broke the leg on my chest, the leg on my washing machine, the stand on my TV and my kitchen cupboard. Would not recommend

Leandro and team 5+ Stars — Absolutely Exceptional! I’m honestly speechless trying to describe how incredible Leandro and his team were moving our entire house from Connecticut to our apartment in New Jersey. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, organized, careful, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Leandro clearly takes tremendous pride in his work, and that attitude carried through the entire team.
Hamilton and his team truly excelled in their work! They meticulously packed and wrapped the furniture, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. Their communication skills were commendable, as they were respectful, polite, and especially friendly and patient with the children. I highly recommend this company and Hamilton and his team for their outstanding service.
Great experience. The four movers were extremely thorough, helpful, accommodating and quick. They had to move our daughter to college 5 hours away, but were still very careful and very helpful when they loaded and unloaded knowing it was going to be a long day. Highly recommended!
Everyone at RT Relocation was wonderful! Angela and Ed were patient and kind. We had two very hard working crews. One to move us to storage and another to move us after our closing. Hamilton and his crew were terrific! I highly recommend them.
