SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT USE! This company is a scam. They charge an hourly rate and their movers take their leisurely time to move your belongings ensuring that you will be ripped off and be charged a substantial amount for poor service . We had to have SIX additional people show up to help us move due to the fact they were taking so long. All six commented on how slow and unprofessional they were and how it was obvious they were taking their time.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars this company took my deposit a month ahead set my appointment and NEVER showed up! They stood me up with my whole move worst of all they never picked up the phone they never responded. The only communication we had was with sales and they said they were calling them and texting them and we never received a call back. We have to move out by the day we had the move set up they knew that and never showed face!
The estimate I have received from this company said they will charge me per hour for loading and unloading only (that quote arrived via email which I still have) . However, after the job was done, they have charged me per hour for the driving hours as well, even though I have paid for the van separately. Overall, moving cost me $660 dollars more than it should have. Repeated attempts to get hold of them and resolve the issue failed and nobody ever returned my calls.
Customer service is non existent. I have called the owner several times and sent text messages and emails to discuss a move for my elderly father as they did not take all the items they were supposed to as confirmed on the inventory. We had to pay someone else to move those items. And, no basic moving supplies, hand truck or tools. Fragile items and the mattress were not covered in moving blankets and the mattress was FILTHY upon arrival at the destination. My dad was charged. Elder abuse.
I have hired them for my move last week. They sent 3 inexperience mover and one of them was sick and bad back. This was 8 hours of work and they took 15 hours and left some items. They damaged my bedroom hutch, two dining chairs, living room end tables and destroyed my 65 inch tv completely. At a minimum I have more than 4000 dollars damage. Please do not hire them. I have made a claim request last Monday but have not heard from them yet.
