I wish I could say this was a positive experience, but hiring this company was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The first two representatives I spoke with were friendly and professional, which gave me confidence and caused me to let my guard down. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill from there. Despite providing detailed photos and video of our belongings for the estimate, our original quote of $5,500 was increased three times, ultimately exceeding $10,000 on pickup day — and even then, they…
Hello Kim, we are very sorry you had a bad experience, but this was not a project we took care of. I believe you were looking to leave a review for A&M in Fort Worth Texas. Unfortunately we have had a few complaints left on our page from their poor performance.
WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY A complete scam. I flew across the United States to move my property from storage. Bo gave me a price and when I met the movers at my storage unit told me the price is double. FYI very little English I have moved several times due to my job and this company is HORRIBLE . What they do is low ball you and then increase the price.
Cynthia, I'm very sorry to hear about your experience this is very unsettling. We have received similar complaints about A&M moving services out of Fort Worth Texas. I assure you we have no affiliation. we work very hard to provide worry … More
Very kind to me on the phone when I attempted to book that way. Did not send confirmation in email as promised. I called later in the day to make sure they had the correct email. Still no invoice was sent. Chose another company as I had no confirmation that the move was scheduled and no way to make pre-payment. I noticed that on their website they have an online quote form. Perhaps that method would better guarantee future movers with securing services? They seemed to want the business.
Dear Beth! I am very sorry you did not receive the confirmation we sent you on April 13 at 6:56 pm. We try very hard to respond to calls and emails promptly. I've checked and don't see a voice mail from you. We have you on our schedule and … More
+ The guys were very friendly and helpful - The invoice was 25% higher than the quote - They didn't move all the things they were supposed to - They left trash around my old house and new - They took until late at night (8-9PM) to finish the job - They damaged goods that they did move - They didn't drop off boxes when they said they would
Mark showed up to my house in Canton same day to take a look and write up an estimate. We discussed two options for moving and I asked for quotes for both. I got one of the quotes the next day, but not the other one so I called and asked …

Thanks to the A & M Moving team for delivering a couch from Turn Style a day after I bought it! Turn Style woks with A & M, so initially contacted the company to set up the delivery. Jessica from the office and the guys doing the moving were great communicating along the way and I appreciated the reasonable two-hour window. They took care in the move and the couch arrived wrapped in plastic for protection. Arizona summers challenge all of us, especially those working in the heat.
Mark, the owner, and Nate, the manager, provided outstanding service from start to finish. Their team was professional, organized, and treated our belongings with great care. The entire moving process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. They arrived on time, worked hard, and made sure everything was handled properly. I highly recommend this moving company to anyone looking for reliable movers. Thank you, Mark and Nate, for the excellent service!
Great service at a great price! Highly recommend using them for any moving needs!
A & M did a small move for us this month. They were great to work with and took care of business without wasting any time - which is always your biggest fear hiring a company "per hour" without a firm quote. They did not charge a travel cost to get to our location as others do. The clock started as soon as they arrived at our location. The first comment out of Tony's? mouth .... "this will be easy and will only cost the minimum".
