Absolutely terrible experience with Perfection Moving Company. Nothing about this move was “perfect.” The crew showed up late, handled my belongings carelessly, and damaged multiple pieces of furniture without taking responsibility. Communication was awful — it was almost impossible to get a straight answer from anyone in the office, and when I did, they were dismissive and unhelpful. The final bill was higher than the estimate, with hidden charges that were never explained.

The worst movers I have ever encountered. The rates kept changing all day long as they were moving us, didn't come with a big enough truck or their own truck. Came with a Uhaul that was not big enough for the size of move we had and then charged us $180 extra for another load and gas, wanted to charge extra for heavy items and shrink wrap. Kept having to take cigarette breaks and breaks to eat. Even asked if he could have the candy out of my purse.

I just got off the phone with a representative to inquire about a quote. What they don’t tell you on their website is that it is a 3 hour minimum and will charge at least $500. How is this a “low low price” they claim? When I thanked him for the information and that it was too much money for me, he hung up on me. How rude and unprofessional.
Wow that’s why customers call for a quote, that is the reason you call, if Your really a customer/competitor. We value each customer contact it’s not fair to give a bad review because someone doesn’t like a quote. There is Uhaul.
Avoid them, first they will change what you agreed with them even if you agreed about everything over phone and text and even with photos for what will be moved, also, they damage my table without even “Sorry”, we agree about flat rate even …
Tell the truth you sent us pictures of your apartment and boxes in the hallway, but you didn’t tell us till the movers got to your apartment, that your cousin apartment that lives across from you was part of your move the boxes in the hallway was from your cousin apartment and his bedroom and sofa…
So rude - they're open 24 hours, but don't call before they wake up! Also a total rip off if you have a smaller move (3 hour minimum AND a travel fee?!???). Low low rates?!?!? Yeah right!

Very slow and not concerned about the customer or customer items bad service took a break while on the clock without consistent of the customer.
This review wasn’t very nice, Your the customers 19 year old son. Your mother is the customer. You did the review 3 hours prior to us getting done, that was very wrong of you. This is called slandering my company, which is not right. Your dad also said that you were wrong for doing that.
