In their own words
Movers stole very high end Jewelry of mine over $10K, move was supposed to insured, made a police report, mover did not show up to court and my case was dismissed. Owner has not returned call to negotiate reimbursement and now I will have to sue company. I Do Not Recommend This Unprofessional Moving Company!
We used HQ to move last weekend & it was a terrible experience. They showed up 45 minutes after the 2 hour window we were given. We only found they were running late when we called to inquire where they were. One mover showed up wearing slide sandals. All 3 movers moved incredibly slow at packing the truck even though we had many things prepped & pulled out for them. They ran out of room in the truck, forcing us to do additional trips on our own time.
Hi, avoid this company, they will tell you one thing and do something else from the estimate to moving and anything in between. I was told to document any issues or damages to keep track of and let them know after all unpacked, they ruined tens of thousands of dollars of items, damaged my pool table and then said they would send someone to fix it, they did and made it worse, I had the pool table repaired and was told I would be refunded the cost and nothing just avoids calls, terrible business.
Worst movers I have ever had. The movers showed up 2 hours late and started using my furniture as an obstacle course rather than working. Banged up all of the walls at both homes. Broke 70 inch TV and told me it was my fault. No customer service and just an awful all around experience. Do NOT call these guys for anything.
Okay, I can't wait anymore, the other broken, scratched furniture and glass bottle... I'm forget about that, but at least this broken chair arm should be fixed. Because this was new and several times your team checked from me about product number ,receipt and picture. And five moths past from now, no answer no call.
I was told that after my first move with them, that I would receive a 10% discount for the future move. This didn’t happen. Also, the truck was malfunctioning- said it would be delayed and would receive a credit. This did not happen either. The movers were great, customer service not so much with empty promises.
Let me start with saying the three gentlemen moving us worked hard and did a great job so this is no reflection on them, they are just employees. The owner and management do not know how to run a company. They were scheduled to be at the …
Hello Michelle, I am really sorry that all this has happened. I'm really sincerely apologetic and just want to let you know that I'm sorry and i'll use this as an example to train people in my Company to do a better job moving forward.
These guys are trash, flat out. They know how to talk the talk, yet they let you down with excuse after excuse, misunderstanding after another. They're driver is careless and slick talking. Experience at your own risk. You've been warned.

In their own words
I was very satisfied with the move. The team was polite, professional, and respectful throughout the process. They completed the move in about 5 hours, relocating a two-bedroom apartment to a house—both with one flight of stairs. They did a great job unassembling and reassembling the bed, crib, and dining table. The sofas were also wrapped carefully and securely. Pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, which I really appreciated.
The guys were on time and worked quick and efficiently. I give them a lot of credit. It was 90+ degrees and they powered through. I'd use them again. They did a great job.
Needed a moving company kind of last minute the end of May, they had a cancelation and we went with them. So glad we did. They moved my Dad from Clarkston to Canton. Three guys. SO professional. Very nice guys. Fast. VERY worth it and will definitely call them if I ever need movers again.
This place is absolutely amazing. Doris in the office was the best. The three gentlemen Vontay, Matar and Jimmy who moved us were FANTASTIC. They took special care of all of our stuff and moved us fast. Thank you so much for all of your excellent help.
