Booked through the manager Adam a month prior to my moving date and they never showed up, I had to call and see what happened. After some time, Adam asked to rebook for the next day (Sunday), and promised I’d be taken care of. It was clear my booking was not put in their calendar. Frustrated and stressed, I agreed to it. Movers were nice but when I tried to get a hold of him that Sunday about cost —no response. I was not going to pay the full price because of their mistake and unprofessionalism.
First I would like to say that dealing with this company was like dealing with amateurs. I don't even know where to start. Well, let's just start with the movers showing up at 6:52 PM May 25, 2018. They apologized and said they had already worked another job and were worn out already. I had put all of the boxes in the garage and they were ready to put on the dolly. During the time that they were loading the boxes one of the crew had his girlfriend coming and going to my home in Westland.
Worst experience ever! They called us 30 minutes before our set move time to tell us they did not have a driver. So they cancelled our scheduled move, the day of!! They said they could maybe refund us our deposit and get us back on the schedule but the next opening for a move was a whole week after our set move date. I think everyone knows the time, stress and work that goes into getting ready for a move. So for it to be cancelled the day of, was unbelievable.
Don’t recommend hiring this place, they send their great guy mover that everybody loves with his 16-year-old son to move and do the job of obviously five guys and he couldn’t get it done in time so then all of a sudden my really good price was doubled by the end of the night, because they had to bring in four more guys. I’m not gonna say anymore because I could write a whole paragraph. I’m just gonna say very disappointed and I thought they were gonna be the best one out of all the ones I had hired to that point.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They moved our things into storage,only to discover when we moved things into our new home, that treasured antique furniture was missing! We tried many times to contact Adam the owner and he never returned …
I would not recommend this company. Chris and his two sons came out to move my daughter's furniture. I had told the company what I needed moved, but that, because it wasn't my house, I wasn't sure about how much there was. I was given an estimated time frame, and was told that I could go over. The 2 houses are 2 miles apart. But the movers were booked for 3 other moves that day, and they said they would have to come back another day.

We were in a bind and needed to find someone to move out an old refrigerator and bring in a new one. I called Elliott and he arranged to have his crew come out the same day. The moving crew was very kind, careful and professional. They ran into a few hurdles, and quickly figured out out to resolve them. They did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend this company.

This is my second time using these guys and they lived up to the high standards that they set the first go round. Demetrius and Tone were there on time (even a bit early) and moved me out of a storage facility and a house to my new house in no time at all. Highly recommend!

Outstanding job. Overall they did a very, very good job with the moving of a lot of furniture and items from our home in Clarkston to our home in Rochester Hills. The movers were fast and efficient, the lead guy was mature and very helpful, and the others were cool and did a good job. The most important thing though was that one of our dressers, heavy stylish with a large mirror attached to the back, had one of its legs come off.
