I paid these people over $2300. I have called and emailed twice about getting a receipt for that money, to no avail. The movers were nice, but I found it rather odd that only two of the four were in the apartment, almost all the time. There was always some excuse, guy his fixing moving boxes, or guy b is doing this, and I couldn't shake the feeling that they were dragging it out. Both days it took two hours more than their estimate. During the move, one drawer was broken.
This company might be the worst with communication. They said you can't talk to them on the phone then take a day to respond. I have no idea how this company has 5 stars.

This was my first time with movers so I was very apprehensive about the process. Especially given the great price point. I was very concerned that it was too good to be true. I'm glad I was wrong! 1. The main office was incredibly responsive. I OBSESSED over every detail and Shanise with their staff was timely with detailed responses. 2. The two movers were professional and moved quickly. They were also very careful with my belongings. I did not need to lift a finger!
Our moving crew of Lawrence, Trey, and Tee did a really great job loading our moving truck for an out-of-state move. They were on time, organized, and very careful with our stuff--even bringing their own shrink wrap to wrap some items we hadn't thought to do ourselves. Super professional! On top of that, the service was provided in tough conditions—we were in the middle of a major heat wave, and some construction at our apartment's loading dock prevented our moving truck from getting into an easy loading position.

The friendly and very polite crew did a great job working together as a team to quickly move everything out of a crowded, 2-bdrm basement apartment, up and down steps from the back patio and into the truck in the back alley. They carefully wrapped all the furniture, and managed to get it all--including a large sofa--out of the apartment assembled except for one bed frame.

**Update** The company reached out to me after I let them know my experience and genuinely wanted to make it right. They ended up refunding the cost of my move which was an unexpected and generous response. I understand things can't go perfect all the time but I sincerely appreciated Anytime's timely response and would consider them again in the future knowing that they have the customers back. Really a 3.5 rating.
