The owner named Mr. Henry is an inconsiderate person. The personnel employees are very disrespectful. I understand Spanish language they say some insulting words to me in Spanish. I would never do business with Mr. Henry company. The workers was very disrespectful due to a break-in on their property they are some very disrespectful rude people I would never do business with them
Straight line movers truck just attempted to change lanes directly into my vehicle on key bridge. I had to swerve out of the way to avoid damage, the drivers flipped me off afterwards. Train your drivers on how the laws of the road work. The license plate number was 1DT0682.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take road safety and professionalism very seriously, and we are deeply concerned to hear about this incident. Please accept our sincere apologies for what you experienced.
Straight line was 2x more expensive than other movers but they said they were white glove, and we had expensive furniture and art so I chose to go with them in our move from DC to NJ. I just wanted to clarify that they are NOT white glove. They didn't bring much packaging supplies and directly taped my furniture, frames, baskets and other household items which is something I've never seen any mover do before. We had damage to our furniture, floors and walls during the move.
It was my first time using professional movers out side of the USMC, I can say it was the worst experience ever. I will never use them again, and as a Senior citizen, I would not recommend them to anyone. T.White
Ms. White, as discussed, we do apologize that your move did not meet expectations. We provided the best possible service under the circumstances. Unfortunately, your home was not ready to be moved as most of your belongings still needed to be packed and prepared for moving.

I wish I could give Straightline Movers 6 stars! They were easy to reach and communicate with, and their bid for the work was very reasonable and competitive. We scheduled our in-house labor-only move yesterday, and they were able to send two guys out this morning. The crew that came was prompt, friendly, and helpful -- and worked very efficiently and carefully. They completed the work in less time than expected, and encouraged us to come up with more things for them to do to use up more of the time minimum.

I used the service on 11/11/23. The move was from H Street NE Area , DC to Ballston, VA. I received my quote in September 2023. The three gentleman ( the movers crew) was extremely excellent. I recently had the pleasure of using Straightline Movers for my move, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their timing and professionalism. Not only did they complete the job within the quoted time of 5 hours, but they even managed to finish under the estimated timeframe, which was a pleasant surprise.
