I would not use this company again- they will charge you more than they quote you. The 2 men who assisted in my move were fantastic!! However, their customer service is lacking. I was quoted a price that was rather typical for moving a one bedroom and comparable to other companies in the area. I was only moving a one bedroom apartment and had sold majority of my furniture, so my large furniture only included a bed, bed frame and 2 night stands, hardly to be considered a full 1 bedroom apartment move.

I can not recommend using this mover. our experience with them was horrible. First they rescheduled us multiple times then after several 2 hour windows, they scheduled us for a 1-4 hour slot on Friday. The crew called me at around 2 and told me they would arrive at around 2:45pm to 3:10. When they hadn’t arrived by 4pm I called to cancel as I didn’t even know if they were going to show up.

The company is not responsible for the estimates and the actual results. They estimated my move to $1,300 and then charged me to about $3,000. But the worst thing that they didn't finish! They left many items disassembled, some of items kept without important parts, etc. I contacted them about the issues but they didn't answer. I had to hire another company to finish everything.

Dean was extremely responsive throughout the booking process, and Javier and the crew were right on time, fast, friendly and very careful with our belongings on the day of our move. We could not be happier with the service we received, and we will 100% use them again in the future. I highly recommend!

Edwin and his team come in started working immediately. Kept a great pace . He had a plan and his guys worked hard. They came in under estimate. Our family thought we could have everything ready for a easy transition but we still had things unboxed when he arrived. His team went to work with proper tools and got it done faster than we imagined. If you are honest with your intial estimate you'll get more than you thought.

Juan and his crew were phenomenal! We moved from an apartment to a condo in DC - and of course, we completely under counted the number of boxes and our crew thought that might extend the time - and hence the cost - it'd take, but have no fear, they were absolute machines and got it done in the original estimated time. Thank you!!! As an FYI, they can't move bags - ie big ziploc bags or garbage bags with clothes and pillows - so, to keep it easy, we moved those by car.

I was very stressed because my move was happening in the middle of Covid-19 Pandemic. I was moving locally within DC area. The team did a great job with my move. They respected my request of wearing gloves while moving my mattress and mattress box and they worked very efficiently. Although one of floor lamps and my dining table were slightly damaged during the move, the company was very prompt in compensating the damage.
