I had lots of damage to my brand new furniture sent photos to karl this is the highly unprofessional response I got from karl .... …
I have gone back and forth about posting on this experience, but have decided to finally post: I used these guys originally to move a treadmill into home in Murrieta, the 2 guys that showed up were awesome and Karl was able to accommodate on short notice even without a moving truck for them (they used a normal fleetside truck). Based on that experience, I hired them to move my entire 5 bdrm house to a storage unit on Jefferson/Overland and then most of master bedroom to another residence in July.
Movers were very lethargic and did not finish the job. They showed up over an hour late and took a 3 hour "lunch" break. When they got back, they said they left a half hour later than they actually did and tried to bill us for that. Would not recommend them, especially if it's a larger job on a time crunch, they will leave you stranded.
I just researched your name and information. I cannot find a job that we’ve done recently where we took a three hour lunch break and didn’t finish the job . I verified with my team that the pictures you sent are not from the homes that we moved recently.
These guys are crooks! They added a $600 tip onto my Mom's credit card without permission. Who in their right mind would give that amount for a tip. My Mom is 87 yrs old and they took advantage of her. Karl the owner as well as his team have absolutely no integrity and are dishonest people. Shame on them. They refuse to give an itemized statement and don't return calls. Do not use these crooks
Don't use these Jokers. They caused approx $500.00 in damage to my property. They're truck, snagged and ripped some overhead camera lines while leaving. Even though I have video surveillance of the incident, "Carl" kissed this off saying it wasn't their fault. It's the driver's fault, simple as that! These people are not responsible.

Move was good until a 19 inch piece of table top glass was broken. I was assured it would be handled the following week. It now has been a month. Avoided my texts emails and calls. I also gave the same guy that broke the table glass a beautiful couch. It now not about the glass its the principle. Not happy to just be ignored.

Thank you for your feedback we apologize for the tardiness on this job. I believe one of the guys had gone to a concert or party the night before and for one whatever reason didn’t change his clothes. So he smelled bad. I have since counseled the guys on cleanliness and timelines.

In their own words
Cheapest with high reviews so I set up an appt online (3 weeks in advance). Karl responded through text immediately. Requested $60.00 deposit, which was used towards my total price. Angelo and Jacob showed up on time, energetic and ready to work. It took 7.5 hours total. I moved from a two bdrm to a three bdrm, both places have stairs and tight turns. Boxes everywhere, a snake, a cat, 3 beds, large kitchen table, living room set.

I cannot rave enough about the men who moved us today - Zaya, Angelo, and Danny. They are awesome! So personable and hard working. They went over and above to help us with everything we needed. We moved to a second story unit with tight turns. They moved large, heavy items upstairs and through a maze of tight turns. So professional and attentive to detail. Everything was wrapped professionally for the move and very accommodating as I added items to the move and asked that they make two drop off spots.

Thank you, guys. I had an initial 2 story move to another 2 story, which included big furniture pieces, a 2 king mattresses, patio set, dining room table, grand piano, and practically my full garage moved over from Murrieta to Lake Elsinor. These 3 guys showed up at my home and gave me comfort by telling me everything would be wrapped and blanketed so no damages would occur. By the end of the move, they showed true professionalism and teamwork. It was a blessing to have them. Thankyou Karl .

I highly recommend A guy and his truck moving!!! Zaya and Angelo were both very professional. They moved me from Murrieta, California to Lake Havasu city, Arizona in the same day!!! I can’t say enough about a guy and his truck moving company; absolutely stellar service and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a local or long distance move.
