Received word from a dear friend who move from ft smith to Dallas, broken couch and broken dining table, multiple broken glass pieces and damage to many items. They were overcharged by an hour and are struggling to get reimbursed. Be aware.
Maureen, Thanks for giving us the opportunity to respond to this concern. You probably need to have a conversation with your friend about her experience and what the actual facts are in regards to her move. (1) We only provided a loading service on this move.
Would not recommend at all. Was on my way via taxi for an interview and was denied for having unreliable transportation when I still had 20 min to arrive. Would not recommend a person that conducts business in such an un reasonable manner.
I’m sorry you didn’t have the needed transportation to be considered for any potential position. But this has nothing to do with whether we are a reputable company.
Too busy to do the schedule they set up. We were bumped all day and then they couldn’t tell us when they could get to us.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Mr. Harris himself did all contact with us, reviewing our needs, and scheduling. The movers were on time and worked nonstop until we were loaded. The unloading went equally smoothly. They took GREAT pains to be careful with goods and furniture especially since getting large items into our new home was challenging. Besides their work they were always positive and courteous which was welcome as we had not moved in 40+ years so this was definitely a trying time.

We are beyond impressed with this moving company! Did what they said , when they said, movers were very careful with our belongings they were also very fast and extremely fair in their price. Communication is excellent, We would highly recommend A. Harris Movers to anyone!

Had a short move of some inherited furniture. Called and scheduled for the next week. The crew showed up on time and did a good job. All for a very reasonable price.

I needed a great moving company to move us from south fort smith to mountainburg Arkansas. I got a quote from a different local company of around $5000. I called Allen Harris and he gave me an hourly rate+a small fuel surcharge per truck. They had the entire 3200 sq/ft house moved in 6.5 hrs!! The men were very hard workers and extremely respectful. Definitely worth every penny!!
